My husband and I believe Dr. Phillips is BLESSED with unbelievable talent. Highly recommend this doctor. Great customer service very caring, personable and highly professional. Dr. Phillips thoroughly explained every part of my procedure. I recently had Lasik surgery and sadly to say it did not work for me. I was referred to Dr. Phillips and he told me I had cataracts. Dr. Phillips did the cataract surgery in my left eye and in two weeks he will do the cataract surgery in my right eye. Dr. Phillips is a very patient doctor and he took his time explaining what he was doing on each of my follow-up appointments. The staff and nurses are professional courteous knowledgeable and caring as well. The surgery nurses are 2nd to none. Highly Recommend Dr. Phillips!

Dr Phillips and his support staff are the best in the valley. I had decided to finally get Lasik after wearing contacts for the last 18 years. The initial consultation was easy to schedule and the staff was great and super friendly. All my questions were quickly answered and any that popped up before the surgery were answered immediately. The surgery was unbelievably fast! Dr Phillips is amazing and I recommend him to anyone looking to have Lasik, It does not get better then Dr Phillips

OFFICE POLICY DEMANDS UP FRONT PAYMENT OF DEDUCTIBLE IF NOT ALREADY MET. AETNA SAYS THAT MOST DOCTORS DO NOT UTILIZE THIS POLICY BUT WAIT FOR PAYMENT AFTER COMPLETION OF SURGERY. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS OFFICE FOR FUTURE CARE.

Dr. Phillips is a very professional if somewhat cool mannered doctor. His policy is to demand the total deductible amount up front if it is not already met PRIOR to surgery. Aetna informs me that most doctors do not demand up front payment in this manner. They wait for payment rather than force the patient to cover costs up front and then wait for reimbursement. I will not return to this practice.

You expect all doctors to be competent, but you don't often expect the follow-up kinds of courtesy calls that Dr. Phillips gave me. Money can't buy that.
