When Doctor Spelman was part owner she threw me around the tab;e and said I was making up my dermatology problem! She was aa BITCH and a Sociopath. I am of perfectly sound mind and she was to lazy to help me. She is a racist shameful coward.

I saw Dr. Andrew Ross on June 6, 2023, for the first time and I was impressed. I am 75 years old and I’ve been going to a dermatologist for years. By far, he was the most thorough of all appointments I have ever had. He is well trained, personable, and examined me carefully. I am qualified to say this as a patient but also former chief administrative officer of medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine. He is an asset to the community.

I do appreciate the office manager calling me and offering to get my daughter in another day. She was very sorry and accommodating. I do appreciate the customer service. Very upsetting that I made an appt 3 months out and 2 days before the appt I found out the secretary booked the appt for Murrietta and not Fallbrook which is where my referral was and where I live. They have not been helpful at all on trying to get us another appointment anytime close to her original appointment. Its ridiculous its taking so long to get in!

I have been a patient of Joseph A. Samady M.D. for 4 years at their Fallbrook office. He is a thorough physician and will spend as much time as necessary with me. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The nurses and staff are very pleasant. I haven't been kept waiting on any of my visits. Highly recommended.
