People don’t know how to do their job right.

Folks, this is called artificial spending.Their Nurse, Brett Longacre, who used to be a Dentist, lies to his patients about having a Controlled Substance License to book more appointments until you leave and is practicing under a Fictitious Name Permit issued by the California State Med Board. He does not care about the Psychiatrist in there taking care of those patients when most people in 2022 only require medication transfer and management. I am a well-spoken individual and don't have any drug history, criminal record, and the only thing in my charts is Rheumatoid Arthritis and A.D.D.I confided to the Supervisor, Marylou, who seemed genuine but did nothing, and then to the Co-Supervisor, Ericka, who expressed back to me that they always support their practioners opinions, and that this was just my opinion on the experience with their doctor, and dismissed this as another common complaint for Fallbrook Family Health.

I need to have 2 surgeries I need my Doctor to sign medical release forms he told me if I brought my A1c down to 9 he would sign the releases I worked hard and brought down my A1c to 8.9 better than what he asked for and now he still won’t sign off how can I trust in him if he is not truthful with me the surgery are not Elective one is for my eye sight and one is so I can breathe better these are very important surgeries I don’t understand

This is for the behavioral health side. Brett has been incredible and has helped me immensely. Same with Renee, she is very kind and always pleasant to speak with. The clinic itself has always been pleasant except the NP over there, she is is forgetful and does not listen to you when you speak. I have seen her a couple of times and am disappointed.

Dr. Kaleka was the best psychiatrist I've ever seen and one day i called to schedule a sooner appointment only to find out he's gone. There is no new pysch. You need to make an appointment with your primary to get a new referral. No appointments until April 6th. What are all of his patients who struggle in their day to day lives supposed to do to find new care? Corporate whatever you did to lose this doctor i hope it bites you. You've lost me as a patient. What a horrible thing to do to mental health patients. (This one star review has nothing to do with Ms. Maria in office she's the real MVP)

I love this health center I can't say enough about Dr.Kaleka one of the best doctors I've meet by far hes understandable and goes beyond and above to help u and the staff it's great
