List of Igor A. Jercinovich's Reviews
My first appointment with Dr. Jercinovich was on April 12, 2022. He spent 5-minutes with me and said I likely had "IT band" syndrome. Wrong diagnosis. I then went again on Sept 13, 2022 after doing my own desperate research and told Dr. J. I believed I had a "torn labrum." He acted as if I was offending him with my suggestion. After trying to convince him to please allow for an MRI rather than physical therapy (which is what he was suggesting), he agreed on the MRI. After three follow up calls to them, the MRI referral never made it properly so a month later, I still haven’t had an MRI. Imaging tells me they can’t schedule me because after repeated attempts, dr. Jercinovich’s office has not sent over the correct referral codes. I’ve asked my PCP to PLEASE refer me to another ortho specialist but was told because he’s contracted with my insurance, they can’t. I will be letting my insurance know about this Dr. and hopefully something will be done.
I've been in increasing pain from RA and a severely damaged knee... Bone on bone. I finally decided to get information about knee replacement but Jercinovich not only didn't give me information he said only one thing - lose weight. He was dismissive and condescending. I'm actively looking for a new doctor.
Excellent care! I am seeing him for a right proximal humerus fracture! Very caring and excellent explanation of what I can expect! I can tell he has years of experience! Glad I was referred to him!
I had a 3 bones broken in my ankle in 2014 he did my surgery to repair. I kept complaining that something felt off 4 months after went again to him I could not walk he acted irritated and told me to use crutches 2 weeks later an abcess started we went to ER where I found out the hardware was infected they called him in to do surgery since know Dr wanted to preform due to his mistakes he made me wait a full day in hospital told me his attorneys told him not to come. He was supposed to take out all hardware onmy records said he did but actually left a screw in. Also cut straight through .y main nerve creating drop foot and my foot was totally numb. I developed a syndrome called CRPS due to him creating 6 years of foot slowly atrophy and shrinking just recently had to have a below knee amputation from all the damage he caused Im only 41 and never had broken a bone before completely healthy. I Plead with you find another Dr. he needs to retire!
To any poor souls who gets Igor Jercinovich. (I won’t even classify as a doctor) It’s crazy how a doctor can tell you your X-rays look fine, without looking at them, literally. I sat there and stared at them seeing if he was even going to hold them to light.... nope. Giving me a go back date to work when he had no idea what my job entailed and what I fully do..Which is fully physical and especially with my hands. His math is a little poor for a doctor considering the changes to initial, and seemingly universal, healing time of 6-8 weeks for “integrated ligament” sprain on right hand- which he diagnosed. But I carefully, and obviously pointed that one out and managed to get 2 weeks time to heal. And all of this is him just guessing. No MRI option, no ultrasound. He wanted me out of that door. He’s one of the grossest, incompetent “doctors” I have ever met with. Seriously, change doctors if he’s yours. This rabbit hole only goes deeper. I was sent to him by my work....
Great doctor, he takes he's time listening to all your health issues. And answers all your questions.
Dr. Jercinovich was careless we he replaced my hip. I am permanently damaged as I have foot drop (numb foot) and my operative leg is now 1/2 inch shorter than the other. He doesn't even have the decency to apologize. I deeply regret being referred to him. I am in worse condition than before he operated. Even more disheartening was to see how local orthopedic surgeons stick together and lie to cover errors. I hope to never need any type of surgery again. But if I do I will certainly read the reviews before choosing a doctor.
Dr. Jercinovich is an excellent surgeon. He recently operated on my broken hand and the results are better than I hoped for. He is kind and caring and l highly recommend him to anyone who needs a skilled professional surgeon. D.Tolson
I just had my 2nd complete knee replacement by Dr J and could not be more pleased. Everything about my experience with him was truly 1st Class. Would highly recommend him to anybody I know/ care about! Betsy Wilhite
Excellent surgeon! Professional and to the point. My son had ACL reconstruction and we were all extremely pleased. Dr. Jercinovich is very talented, and extremely experienced. Never once doubted his expertise.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
