I would give this place negative stars if I could, I wasted almost two hours this morning only to be told they couldn’t see me because they couldn’t verify my insurance, I have mediCAL... I even gave them the number to the ombudsman to verify coverage... if you understand the very basics of mediCALyou know that if someone’s preffered plan is set to starts on the first of the next month, they currently have STRAIGHT mediCAL... they couldn’t put those two together and lost my business.. due to the incompetence of this company and their staff they lost out on money, I did not receive the medical help I so severely needed, and they got this killer review!!! This is the archetype of a DEATHcare facility. What a joke.
How can you call your self and urgent care and not have anyone there and no signs on the door to say if your closed or put to lunch. We show up to the urgent care because my wife isn't feeling well and it is recommend by our insurance and when we call the number on the building to talk to someone, there is no answer and inside is dark. This is on a Wednesday at about 11am. I see why they only have a 2.6 star rating. Avoid this urgent care facility if possible.
When I called the voicemail said the new hours are till 2pm Sunday’s .that’s a complete lie !!!!!!
Took my child there with severe stomach pain. They didn't run any test on her. Told us it was a stomach virus. The next day she had to have emergency surgery for appendicitis.
How can anyone be happy when you call, they say they will call back( never happens) and you can’t leave a message as it says the mailbox is full. (I told them about the full mailbox weeks ago) my issues is that I was charged a co-pay which wasn’t necessary and for over 5 months I have been trying to get a simple refund. Every time I call the person I need to speak to is not available or ‘mail box full ‘ message comes on. From other reviews people say the dr. is great but since I never saw him I can’t verify that. But I do think the business end of this business needs some help.
My insurance requests $25 copay for office visits and they want to charge me $65 Their answer is they are renewing contracts. They have been renewing that for over a year and can’t get it together. I’m gonna go find another place that isn’t gonna rip me off. Really bad business practices and no sence of urgency with anything they do here.

I came in with a horrible cough and infection and the Asian lady DR had a horrible attitude and did not listen to my symptoms. She just told me to take simple meds that I can buy. Also she did not ready correctly what I was allergic to and even when I repeated what it was she was talking back. The front lady was so nice but what a horrible experience I had here with the DR. I would advise no one to come here.
Opened at 9am its 10am no provider still to be seen or know when they are coming in.
Staff is nice but SOOOOO SLOW!! I don't know what takes so long. There is no sense of urgency to ANYTHING they do!
We went down to A plus urgent care today at 9:08 am we sat there for 2 and a half almost three hours before we saw anyone. They only saw 4 patients in that almost 3 hours. Thats pretty ridiculous.
The rudest staff ever. I called to see if they could take my insurance (Medi-Cal) and he said yes and no but then I asked if he could verify it over the phone and basically was so rude and switched what he was saying and stated they don’t take it. Then he said he couldn’t verify it with out my insurance card. Super shady anyways. And so rude 0 stars if I could.
Terrible service from check In, rude and snotty receptionist,tech had a flatlined personality, doctor didn't even look at my father's back for his back pain. Didn't even check for tenderness or felt where his pain might originate. Just took a verbal explanation from and 88 yr old man. Prescribed meds. I think the entire staff didn't want to work on a Saturday. They all wanted to be home. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Please drive to Temecula or Escondido. It's not worth anyone's time.

Had a small laceration so I chose to go in on Saturday.Very nice, efficient, knowledgeable staff.Quick and easy!!Would highly recommend!
I had a great experience here. They took my insurance which up until now i've been paying cash at other urgent cares. I didn't wait long (30 min?) i was the first person there on a sunday. The doctor diagnosed me properly. The hours don't seem to match the ones on google, because apparently they open at 9 on other days too.
