Poor communication--Does not listen to your concerns. Rushed visits with little or no examination. Failure to recognize ailment leading to improper treatment. Poor general attitude. Incorrect diagnosis leading to ineffective treatment...condition actually worsened. Offended by questions concerning diagnosis and suggested treatment and both were wrong more often than correct. Find a doctor who cares.

Am a new patient with Dr Jensen. He and his staff were very personable and easy to speak with. I’m extremely happy with my first visit and glad he and the Graybill Fallbrook team are my go to medical team!

I've been a patient of Dr. Jensen for nearly 4 years and couldn't be happier! It's difficult these days to find a doctor with a good bedside manner, knowledgeable and cares. My family and I are happy we found him.

the staff was very rude to me when i arrived. upon seeing dr. peterson for the first time he had a very rushed attitude and just rewrote my the same prescriptions the last doctor wrote me wich was Not even what i wanted and the prescriptions were all wrong. I had to call the office from the pharmacy. if that wasnt enough hassle a nebulizer from "apria" showed up at my door and a bill for $600 for the thing I never even asked for or wanted. apparently dr.jenson ordered it for me. i think he may get some sort of commission from the medical supply company.Apria wouldnt take it back without his consent i spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with the company and dr.jensons nurse being passed from person to person.I finally just drove to apria and dropped the thing off.
