My experience with Watauga Ortho. has been exceptional. All staff involved in my procedure and following have performed professionally. Dr. Duncan's decision recommending a steroid shot was the exact treatment. Dr. McQwain and staff were very proficient before, during and after my procedure. It is amazing to see the precision in which they all come together, working together to take care of their patients. I am always impressed also, with the friendliness from the time you approach the front desk at Watauga Ortho. until checkout. Everyone there is exceptionally helpful, polite and smiling which means so much.

dunkin seemed in a hurry to get me out I had a herniated disc in lower back .I complained to him about my neck and arm pain.he told me to go to physical therapy thank God I did not go to physical therapy had a herniated disc in my neck 567 been screwed together doctor that did the surgery said if I done Physical Therapy it would have paralyzed me. still having back pain no help with that Duncan it's not all about the money getting your numbers up for the day take time to examine your patients

Dr. Duncan was genuinely concerned with the care of the spine and very knowledgeable about my treatment. I liked that he didn't even hint at the need for surgery. He showed genuine concern and took the time to listen and answer to all my questions/concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Duncan.

Dr. Duncan gave me 5 whole minutes of his time-not interested in my back problem. maybe he just likes to cash in on office visits but not help his patients.total waste of time-would suggest a more caring Dr. rather than him.
