List of Rancho Family Medical Group- Fallbrook's Reviews
With my long time, regular primary care physician taking medical leave from his practice, I was lucky enough to find Rancho Springs. Everyone is friendly and makes visits easy from start to finish. Whether telemedically or in person, it’s always a breeze with the system they have to go from billing, to the MA to the doctor. The ability to message my doctor in between visits always gives me peace of mind and the response time is outstanding— Almost like text messaging with how quickly I’m able to get answers to questions I may have forgotten or inquiring about the ever changing pharmacy world. Keep up the good work. Will continue to recommend to everyone.
I stopped using this Medical Group in 2020 when they charged a significant amount for administering a Covid Test that was provided by taxpayers. It is the only service i received in Dec of 2020. Here we are two years later, and i have begun to receive emails from the group requesting my Zelle info to process a refund of $125. I emailed to ask what it was pertaining to, as i have not been a patient or received services recently. A week later and no response. Today i called the billing department, and it was confirmed that this is a refund for services received in dec of 2020. THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING ON MY CREDIT FOR TWO YEARS. I requested that they issue a check and was advises it will be another TWO WEEKS before their system will issue the refund. This is unethical business practice in my opinion and will be reported to my insurance carrier and any other entity that has jurisdiction over this industry. If you have ever been a patient, I recommend you call and ask if they are sitting on your money as well.
save yourself time and money and don't go here.
Writing this as I sit and struggle to read through my accounting textbook, feeling hopeless. Brandon Miller is either incompetent or a sociopath. Went to him a few months ago asking for help with my ability to focus. I have started grad school (MBA), but realized that I can barely read more than a sentence without losing my train of thought or jumping to other parts of the paragraph that I'm reading. He asked me some details about myself, I have a pretty good job and I am a Navy Veteran. After hearing this, he said, 'People with attention deficit disorders aren't usually successful. ' ... What? I can't be determined and intelligent and have a chemical imbalance? Instead, his solution was to prescribe me anti-depressants. I never implied that I was sad. (I mean, I'm sad at the moment because I feel like I'm going to fail this class.) I can only assume he's getting some kind of kickback from prescribing that specific drug. If you are struggling with mental health issues, do not go to him, he will not help, unless the issue is depression, I guess. I am still struggling. Thank you.
I have never been a fan of going to the doctor. It seems like every time it's always a bad thing they find. Until you look back to what got you to go in the first place. As for me this is the case. I always waited until the issues were too much to handle and still expecting great news. So this is me to blame. I have so much respect to all the staff and Doctors in this place. As I always wait till the last minute to the point where I can't tolerate pain that's when I have to call in and make an appointment. And I would say 9 out of 10 times they get me in asap. Dr. B. Miller has been really attentive and very straight up with what's going on. He explains the treatments and gives me options and different ways things can be handled. Talks to me without sugar coating things and gives me solutions and works with me on getting me back on track where I need to be. Vannesa in the front, she is an angel always helping out everyone that walks in. Making those hard to get appointments happen. An getting you the information right away and relaying it to the proper channels increasing their efficiencies. Just like every place sometimes offices do fall behind in their schedules but they take their time and do things right, so just be patient and they will take care of you. They have been there for me every time I have reached out to them. Rancho Family Medical Group - Thank you for all that you do...
My cat scan revealed a brim hemorrhage and dr. Brandon miller , did not address it. In my opinion he is incompetent.
Had an appointment today. I was running late so I called and was told that if I could het there within 15 min of my appointment time I would be seen. I got there in 10 min then was promptly told I was 2 min late though I still had 5 minutes left and was turned away. I have been waiting close to a month for these results. when you want to go home at the end of the day customer service seems to go out the window. Time to get a new doctor.
Dr.Brandon Miller,is so nice, listened to my concerns, and easy to talk to.
My video appointment with Mary was absolutely the best. She was a good listener, attentive to my needs and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you Mary!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
