I had an initial appointment here in May and waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours and never got to even see Dr. Taylor.  I had another appointment after this and ended up having to leave without being seen.  The front desk was apologetic and empathetic but told me that this is just how it is and you need to plan several hours for an appointment there.  No one shared that information with me when I scheduled the appointment.  There were over 10 people waiting in the waiting room and several of them said this is how it always is.  I will not be returning here.

The wait time at this office is ridiculous, have brought both my parents here over the years and have never been seen by the dr in under an hour usually closer to two hours. I think Dr Taylor is very knowledgeable that is the only reason I continue to bring my parents. I do not like that the staff do all of the eye exam and dr Taylor just reviews their notes and does a two minute eye exam. I wonder what training the staff have? But I did not ask because each time I think that dr Taylor will do a full exam but she never does.

Dr Cecille Taylor is like a miracle worker! She noticed that I had an unusual need for a specialty lens prior to my cataract surgery. Thank goodness we postponed the surgery until the special lens arrived. I can now see way better than 20/20. I am so happy with Dr Taylor because she is brilliant and efficient!!! Thank you Dr. Taylor!

I have been with Dr. Taylor since 2009.   She is an exceptional physician.  She suggested I see a specialist for another medical condition.  This was a game changer for me. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Taylor was great! So helpful to really search out a medication that my insurance would cover. Alex was great in helping me with my glasses. When they didn't fit right he was happy to send them back to the lab to have them redone. Everyone was very friendly and it was a very safe environment.

Dr. Taylor saved my vision and restored the health of my eyes She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, patient, responsive, and answers all questions. She’s a brilliant diagnostician and I trust her with no reservations. I don’t generally recommend doctors, but I highly recommend Dr. Taylor.

Dr. Taylor is knowledgeable and friendly. She makes eye exams as comfortable as possible. Alex was very patient with me as I chose new frames, too, even though I took forever to finally make a decision.

I am 94 years old, and I would trust no one else with my vision. Dr. Taylor is super smart (Stanford graduate), kind, and a SUPERB eye doctor. Her staff may come and go, but, over the years, she has remained my outstanding eye specialist. Thank you, Dr. Taylor!

First appointment for my husband and I today. The staff moved us thru quickly through all the initial paperwork needed as a new patient. All the testing was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and we loved Dr. Wagner.

This is NOT the place to depend on for contact lenses! After my eye examination in September I was referred to the contact lens technician in the office where he did not look at my eyes at all, only the eyeglass prescription but noting that the contact lens prescription is separate and different. But somehow magically he came up with a best guess and gave me a sample to try for a week. I wore them each of three consecutive days documenting the vision correction problems. It didn't take a week to know they were not working out. So I called him and reported my findings. I was told two more samples would be ordered and he would call me in a week. After waiting past that time I called him where I was told that one set came in but the other was on back order. I could have at least been called with this information so to their surprise I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I went to another optometrist for a thorough contact lens examination and the first sample works perfectly. Don't be complacent with their excuses for not calling as promised!
