Dr. Ashar is extremely impatient. She does not have the time to listen to how she can help my child with autism. She did not tell us the side effects to the medication she prescribed or what we should look out for. Because she lacks the time to listen to the patient she has made mistakes in my childs care. Unfortunately Kaiser has doctors like this that do not care one way or the other....they are still paid the same.

She is completely unprofessional. She has been explosive and rude in front of our child. Did not tell us that depression was a side effect to the medication and didnt alert us for months. She did not understand that the dose needed to be increased as my childs weight increased. Many problems that could have been addressed and explained could have been addressed using professional care and practical medical knowledge.

Working with kaiser has been so frustrating. So slow and cumbersome. We expect that when we are at the DMV but not when we have broken bones. Please try to make this process faster.
