List of Hadi Firoz's Reviews
Dr.Firoz, is compassionate and provides excellent medical care.
Dr. Firoz is very thorough and because of his proactive test, he saved my husband's life. We have been going to this practice for many years and totally trust this doctor and staff. This physician and staff are truly exceptional and we are grateful for their warmth and professionalism.
Excellent doctor. For context, Dr. Firoz is my 3rd PCP in Folsom over 29 years; my first was very good, though the relationship was somewhat transactional (problem / solution), and over time the appointments were more with NPs. When he retired, his patients were referred to an office in Folsom that seemed increasingly sketchy over time until they abruptly closed (I recently discovered the story behind this and it was a pretty bad situation). That said, this is what led me to Dr. Firoz in the 1st half of 2021. I have visited the office 3 times and have become very impressed. My observations include: - I have seen Dr. Firoz in person every time, not an NP. I have the impression this is part of an intentional philosophy. I haven’t had to wait past my appointment time, and he takes his time during the appointment. There is no “we’re trying to fit everyone in” feeling. - He reviewed my medications much more thoroughly than my prior doctor, giving confidence I was getting considered guidance - I anticipated something like I’d experienced before, but I realized that the attention to detail, the questions he asks, the guidance he gives, the comprehensive approach, and the follow-ups, that he’s engaging in real preventative care. He presents like a partner in my well-being, more than I’ve experienced with other PCPs. - I really appreciate the demeanor. Patient, thorough, personable, attentive, and proactive in the questions he asks. I feel comfortable, and confident about the appointments and outcomes. - The staff / office is great. It’s easy to get an appointment in a reasonable time, and I judge them to be a step above in follow-up with things like, contacting the pharmacy, or similar things, and calling me back. I’ve called with minor things, and they just take care of it (and don’t leave you wondering what happened). Recommended.
Terrible practice; had an appointment confirmed, I show up to my confirmed appointment, the office was CLOSED! I've called them since, no one has answered at all. I think they have shut down, but terrible terrible communication and practice. I'm not going to trust my health with these guys at ALL. Steer clear! EDIT: I did show up, to the right office. It was absolutely closed at 1PM onwards. The blinds were drawn down on the main window. I called your office line and no one answered. I left messages. No one answered. For over a week. Please don't lie. I've called multiple times over the week and even left email messages. No one ONCE got back to me. Even till now. No wonder you have 2.9 star ratings. Forget trusting a doctor with your life, you can't even run an office!
This dr is the most rudest person in the medical profession. I was told by his receptionist to have my mother in law in the office at 315. I showed up at 305pm did the new patient paperwork got called in at 330pm when dr came in the room he did not introduce himself did not say hello all he was concerned about was telling me I was late and he did not appreciate it I told him that I was told to be there at 315 I showed up at 305 he began to scold me like I was a kid I am 51 years old. Then when I told him about my mother in law and her problems and why we where there his response was we dont give narcotics out. He didn't even ask why she was on them she has a cracked hip for one and 2 she just got out of the hospital for copd problems and that's what they where giving her for pain. I will never let anyone I know go to that office ever that not only upset me but made my mother in law feel so bad she was crying all the way back home which is 1 hr and 30 minutes away from his office. If you love your family as much as I do DO NOT TAKE THEM TO SEE THIS DOCTOR
Dr firoz was very kind and did everything he supposed to do at a Dr appointment. Staff was awesome. I had no problem with getting a appointment. I actually had missed my appointment in the morning I called to apologize for sleeping through my alarm and asked if they could give me another appointment and i got one the same day but in the afternoon. Thank you Dr firoz and ur staff are awesome.
Dr. Hadi Firoz is a down to earth person.I had my first appointment with him a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. He explained everything well without any rush.He ordered a bunch of labs and I am going back to see him next month. I am sure he is one of the best physicians I have ever met.Thank you Doctor.
I really love Dr. Firoz. He is the most caring and knowledgable doctor. My only regret is that his office staff are awful. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I guess I have to drive to his office just to set an appointment!!
Dr firoz is very thorough and extremely knowlegable. He's very skilled interpersonaly and is a pleasure to visit.
Dr. Firoz is such a nice man. I appreciate how he listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. Thank you Dr. Firoz.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
