Love the team here, delicious drinks, and the best workout in town for a great price!! Highly recommend the drum cardio class which includes a long meditation/cool-down at the end. Can't wait to go back

I've been seeing this place on Instagram and thought I would give it a try!!! The owner did give me a coupon to use as well. I got the Kokomo clean energy drink and the toffee explosion smoothie. Both were delicious, and both came in a big cup. You can get one for $9 or both for $16. I got both so I could get the full experience, as advised by Chris, the owner. He also gave me a sample of the zombie attack to try before deciding. The drinks are toddler approved!! My daughter stole my smoothie, lol. He has amazing customer service and hospitality. He gave me good information about the products and my hands were full with my daughter, so he helped walk me to my car with my drinks. Definitely go check them out. The smoothie is great for a sweet tooth

Chris was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind! I tried a chocolate/almond meal shake and a watermelon jolly rancher. Both tasted great! The shake was filling and made me feel full...it IS a meal. The tea drink was a bit sweet but tasted good! I'll definitely visit again!

Impact Nutrition have great tasting shakes, great support if you're working on losing weight and getting healthy. They also support a wonderful drumming exercise class led by Angela. Thank you Chris and Angela for being so supportive and caring.

i will review renting this place if my sons and friends graduation on Friday night. first Chris the owner and his wife and Masumi the manger has been so awesome, flexible and very nice, they return us all the cleaning deposit same day and they let us until 11:30PM at night , they save us the day as other places in Rocklin cancel in us after one month of preparation. the place is very spacious we had 75 guests and we only use 1/2 of the place and the other half was for open buffet and dancing flour , so it is spacious and the floor is very nice and the place looked very elegant ! the parking lot is huge and it fit all cars we had at least hundred and we never feel it at all! restroom is very clean and they have their own Bluetooth speakers which was great for the dancing floor bas well as the TV and the Apple TV which helped us steaming all videos and photos for the kids highly recommended , clean and economic well suited if you live in Eldorado hills, Folsom or closer to those areas thanks Impact nutrition owners and Staff !!!!

They sell Herbalife products and are a associated with multilevel marketing. I do not agree with their business practices and they label themselves as a club because legally they can’t be a food shop. Seems weird. If you’re pregnant, be careful of the caffeine. I got several different answers about the content. Nothing here is fresh, all powders and add ins. Support a real small business, not a shop reselling Herbalife product as their own.

I was walking by the location & the owner Chris invited me in. He gave me THREE free items from his menu & he'll do the same for you. So you can try out their energizing tea & protein shales. Also, the space is beautiful & they rent out for events now. It's got the perfect modern look where your event colors would pop in there.
