Great clinic with friendly, welcoming staff in a great location. Making 2024 my year and JB Medical Wellness is helping me get on the right path forward. I found a great plan customized to my needs and I look forward to meeting my goals. Very satisfied with the results so far. Definitely recommend.

The staff are amazing and there program for weight loss, not only for me but many people I know have been very successful. If you're serious about weight loss this is the place to go, I have tried so many weight loss programs.

This does not operate as a legitimate, professional business. You can see their hours posted online, but they simply open and close as they please. I don't mean just by opening a little late or something- they will sometimes just decide not to open that day. And mind you, they are only open 2 days out of the week, so that's pretty bad. For a business that dispenses medication for people that runs out and they need to come there to get their refills, this is not acceptable. Your pills run out on a Tuesday (one of the tow days a week your open), you take time out of your work day to drive down, only to find out there's a closed sign hanging on the door. You then call, and find out you decided to open on Monday that week instead. Well, missed that window. You even changed the other day your normally open this week per the voice mail from Thursday to a Saturday. Gosh, didn't need to waste an hour out of my busy work schedule at all! Would to have loved to have seen that on line! And I did look before heading over. This is not the first time this business has done this to me. So bizarre.

I always felt welcomed and supported until recently. They hired an NP who during my last visit was very rude and talked to me like I was a worthless piece of garbage because I had not lost the weight she felt I should have. She actually told me it was more important for her to put her kids through college than any reason I had for not meeting her expectations. I have spent my entire adult life working in healthcare and customer service and would never talk to someone the way she spoke to me. From the sounds of the conversation, I was not the only one that day she had the same conversation with. I went in feeling overwhelmed and defeated and left in tears. And no I was not referred to anyone else much less another weight loss program

I have seen Miss Peggy on and off for years, I lost her for a while and had a mini melt down following one of my quarterly treatments with another provider. I scheduled an appointment with her so she can what this other "experienced provider" did to me and she confirmed exactly what I thought had happened. I am SO happy that she is willing to just sit down and speak with me about my concerns! Appreciate her and her expertise!
