Mdstat Urgent Care Folsom's Online Review Report Card

I came to get a replacement vaccination card today on December 17th 2021, and I came in and sat in the lobby (there was only 2 other people waiting) and as soon as the lady (giant nose) (indian) working there comes out she kicks me out saying there can only be 3 people in the lobby. I come back in and I tell her I lost my Vaccination card and she asks what happened to it. I tell her again I lost it. She gives me a bad attitude and takes her time filling out the new one. Meanwhile she's texting her boyfriend kissy faces in the middle of helping me. If she hates her job so much she needs to quit. My girls in the medical field. And you never treat people with blatant disrespect. She also answered the phone and rudely replied to the woman on the other line saying "im not working tomorrow so i dont know what time we will open" Like if you wanna be a toxic bytch you needa get tf outta here cause i'm not gonna stand for this bs with anyone. Especially some ugly ass witch faced heathen.

I came to get a medical record, but the day I showed up they said their system was down and they couldn't help me. They promised to call me back within 48 hours when the record was ready. 12 days later still no call back. Don't try to call them either, they never answer the phone...it will go to voice-mail, but the voice-mail box is always full and you can't leave a message. I returned on a Sunday at 9:45am, when both their website and the sign on the window says they are open. Drove there and they were closed with no explanation. Thanks MDSTAT for wasting my time and gas. Everything you show up here they make you wait no matter what you are asking for or ignoring the fact that you are the only person there.

Made an app 2 days ago. Showed up only 5 min late and the whole thing was closed with a lock box outside. Nobody inside and nobody answering phone. Wtf.

Didn't bother letting me know they were out of the vaccine. I scheduled a month prior and took time off work. After reading all of the negative reviews I called an hour beforehand to confirm only to find out they never bothered notifying me as well.

This place is shameful. Scheduled our first Covid vaccines here and they ran out without notifying us, yet they had been giving vaccines to those without appointments! So they failed to adequately reserve doses for those with appointments. We had to return at a later date. Scheduled second dose here (and should have known better) and showed up for appointment this morning only to learn they ran out of supply two days ago. No call to alert us. Apparently they have no regard for people's time or schedule in preparing to receive these vaccines. They don't answer their phone--I tried to call several times yesterday to confirm appointment. And I sent an email to customer service that bounced back. Clearly, patient care is not a priority here. I will never return for any reason.

Have had my appointment for my second COVID-19 vaccine booked for the last month. Drove 45 minutes to get here yesterday and find a sign on their door stating they ran out of vaccines and had to shut down early, so I should come back tomorrow morning. I never received a phone call, or an email stating this. I'm very angry for wasting gas to come out here for nothing.

Very poor management. Signed up weeks ago for COVID vaccine and when we arrived for our appointment door was locked with sign saying out of vaccine come back tomorrow. No call, no email, no vaccine. Seems if they have scheduled appointments they should have a count of vaccines needed. Wish I could give negative stars.

In my opinion, this clinic has a shockingly poor standard of care. Based on my family's last experience, I would be very hesitant to let their midlevels or physicians diagnose even run-of-the-mill issues. Compared to the neighboring businesses, the customer service at MDStat is terrible.

Not really the staff's fault, but Mgmt gets an "F" for vaccine mgmt. My wife made a vaccine appt weeks ago for 4/9, but on 4/1 all 50+ became eligible, and since their website said Walk-Ins Welcome, we stopped in on 4/1. Staff said the "paperwork" didn't come thru, and come back later/tomorrow. On 4/2 we stopped in again, staff said No More Walk-Ins! No sweat, since we still had the 4/9 appt, right? Today 4/8, we get an e-mail from them, your appt is CANCELLED, no explanation whatsoever but "call us if any questions". We call immediately and their "Mailbox is Full", nobody answers. How incompetent to book appts & welcome Walk-Ins at first, only to cancel it all with NO Regard for those who are left in the lurch. Based on this non-Urgent experience, I will not trust MedStat with any of my family's medical needs; this behavior shows a complete lack of care or concern for their "patients".

YOU GUYS GET A ZERO from me. Three weeks ago I made an appointment for my FIRST COVID VAX. When I wen to my appointment yesterday I was told they were ONLY giving the 2nd Covid shots!!! I am 84 years old and have spent at least 50 hours on the computer trying to get an appointment. I was talking to a friend of mine today and she had a similar experience there - even with an appointment there was a 3 HOUR waiting time!!! She is as disgusted as I am with the service there. I recommend everyone stay away.
