I just called and the person who answered just said "Hello" and sounded like I woke them up. I thought I dialed a wrong number and I asked if I had called the Urgent Care in Folsom and she said "Yeah". I asked about their services and other places available for testing and she just replied "I Don't Know". It was very weird for a healthcare institution to sound so unprofessional. Needless to say, I didn't go to their location.

Xray tech was very rude, told me to get up on table without assistance even though I was there with a knee injury. She came in and out 3 times telling me to move around, didn't realize she had started taking xrays because she never told me. I asked if she planned on giving me a drape and she responded "you're not pregnant". I am soo angry! I told her no but I've had hormone imbalance issues over the passed 2 years! She then said o yeah thyroid is a big deal let me get you a drape. Why on earth would anyone who has been an xray tech for over 20yrs (her words) think it's OK to not protect a patient from unnecessary radiation exposure?! I will be looking into filing a complaint!

Worthless-Don’t waste your time here. I would have given zero stars if I could have. Went in on a Sunday to get my son an X-ray on his hand. I was told they don’t have an X-ray tech. So much for full service….I guess that means something different to me.

Terrible care. Mid-level PA provider Mr. Nelson placed blame on my girlfriend for being excessively tired stating you're just going to have to deal with it. Suggesting their was nothing he could do and refused to provide a letter for work that she had been seen. She was sent home with a ridiculous viral pharyngitis paper, no labs, unintelligent care.

This urgent care in creekside folsom is the worst I have ever been. So adamant and incompetent practitioners, A nurse name Fatima was on duty and all hands are tucked inside her pockets acting like a party girl. I visited this location on the 4th of October 2021 with my daughter the attitude was very bad.The so called doctor is hiding in shadow talking rubbish. Bad hospitality. Authorities should look into this. Crazy people

My child was just seen here (Sunday, October 3, 2021) by their Provider who was very kind, professional, and empathetic. However, the front desk/registration employee was rude and dismissive. We were the only ones there and it was clear that her homework was more important than being polite. If customer service was a training topic here, it's apparent that this employee is not competent in the material.

This place is a joke. It took them almost 2 hours to have been seen. I told the doctor that I was in pain. She lectures me on the law. If I want to know the law I will ask my attorney. Then gave me a prescription for back pad towels. I told the pharmacy to keep them. They are no help at all. Very disappointed

Worst health care staff we have ever met. They were open, we went one hour before closing with a kid with fractured arm, they said the radiologist is busy for 20-30 mins and then he will leave. We requested the radiologist that we can wait but please help us with the X-ray as you still will have time before close. He started shouting that "stop arguing and go else where". This people do not deserve to be in health care as they just misuse their power and health care qualifications. I would even say they are worst human beings you will ever see.

Been coming to this clinic for 10 years or more and have always received great service. Sadly, the past few times over the years the quality of customer service and care have decreased. Never have problem with front office staff, but MAs to PAs are rude and give the impression that you are a burden.

Diagnosis but no mention of possible causes and no prognosis...even when the questions were asked.
