Tried to get a blood test for my baby, because the doctor thought he had Jaundice. Went straight there from the Doctor's, and showed up over an hour before they closed and they turned me away because they were too busy and wouldn't get to me. Went to a different lab to get his blood drawn, and they didn't have any pediatric needles. By then it was too late to go anywhere else, so returned the next day early. The lab was closed for 2 hours for lunch. Waited for 2 hours outside, and when the lab opened they told me it would be an hour and a half wait. . Feel like I'm in a third world country at this point.

I absolutely love Dr. Baquero and his team. They have been my medical team for more than 20 years. The best medical treatment I have ever received!

Trust me go somewhere else. I had an outpatient surgery performed that was horribly botched. They took zero responsibility. Still charged me for the procedure even though it’s been several months and I am still not healed. Horribly unethical practice.

Everything about this clinic is bad. Their receptionists, lab techs and above all their billing code!!!They charge you by the mins, I saw a DO Doctor for just a cough. At the beginning they charged me $450 as a new patient but I already saw another Dr before. After talking to a supervisor they reduced it to $278.I asked why $278 to see a DO Doctor, I saw a spinal specialist before and they charged me $300 and you are charging me the same amount!!!The supervisor said because she reviewed your chart and spent 20 mins with you.Believe it or not, she just listened to my lungs not even checked my throat.They charge you for every words that aren’t related to your problem.Anyway I am not going to back to that clinic. They charge the patients to their maximum insurance limit.

Whoever answered the phone (receptionist?) would not transfer me to the blood test lab - all I had was a question for them and he would not do it! Claimed they were busy! Really? don't they have a registrations person to get messages/answer questions? What a lousy service. Bad, bad, bad

It’s impossible to get help here. They don’t care about mental health issues. They either withhold medication or they will give you medication without explaining the side effects. Honestly I’ve had the worst experiences here, and I’m afraid to get treatment now. I do not recommend this clinic. It’s also extremely expensive, even with “good” insurance.

I really like Dr Susan Long. She is very thorough and has a great attitude. If you want to see someone who is not going to miss anything when it comes to your overall wellbeing, she's your doc!
