This office is horrendous at every level. The receptionists were yelling at a patient the last time I was there. Labs take forever. Billing will scam you with coding errors. Getting help is a nightmare. Dr. Baquero was a rock star here but he's moved on to clinical director and is no longer accepting patients.

Dr Dan Merck has been my family doctor for years and I strongly recommend him. He is my all time favorite doctor. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. He always takes time to answer all my questions and taken my concerns seriously however trite they may be. After a medical appointment I always leave feeling like just I visited a good friend.

The doctors are okay but the billing department is horrible!!! They will make sure you and your insurance company go broke.. On my first visit there, I got charged for a service that I never used. Took my kid for immunization and they billed the insurance for 4 vaccines instead of 3. Unbelievable!

Love our doctors. Love the lab service. Rarely wait at all. We feel they give us the tests we need and referrals are also with great doctors who are experienced and responsive. Thanks UCD for your great care and concern.

The doctors are superb at the Folsom Office. The office staff is fantastic. And the nurses are great. The lab and out patient facilities are great and so are the folks that work in them. I would highly recommend the facility.

My doctor is nice. Very thorough but he speaks big words that make absolutely no sense. He is very smart but a normal person can’t understand what he’s talking about. Other than that, he is very nice and wants to help me fee better.
