Everybody is very careful and helpful, polite and caring. Physical therapy is very good. And I’ll miss everyone when I leave.

Do not send your family here for any type of care.  Dirty facility and the nurses/staff speak like English is their second language.

After contracting Covid-19 I was sent to Vibra from the ICU at my local hospital. I was in a coma when i got there so when I woke I was very confused. The staff was so helpful and patient. I stayed at Vibra for 322 days after all was said and done. I will NEVER forget how much they helped me, how well they took care of me and the many, many friends I made there. I tell my family if I get sick again I don't want to go anywhere else but Vibra, if it was up to me. The care i received there was paramount to any hospital I've ever been treated in. They literally saved my life several times over. If you have a need for this type of care, I highly recommend this facility.

By far the most unprofessional medical facility I've ever been treated by. Avoid at all costs! The nurses try hard, but there's a ridiculous turnover rate. One NP I had was horrible (Nicholas Crill). He shouldn't be caring for anyone. Unbelievably incompetent! They couldn't care less about the patient's comfort and I was never given enough medication to control my extreme post-surgical pain. They even gaslit me and made it sound like I was crazy and just there for drugs. They exposed me to COVID, forcing me to be totally isolated for an extra week, and their incompetence caused me to contact MRSA.My advice, if you have given the choice between Vibra Sacramento and your local mortuary, go with the mortuary. You'd be better off.

I cant thank you enough!!! My daughter was here for a long time and praise god she is a survivor!! it was so hard getting through our accident and we had so many times we were scared we would lose her but vibra has angels!!! Thank you god! All of the nurses and the rehab team were so good with her, and she got up again! My baby started taking steps!! I had so much love from the minute we came there from everyone! Tiffany was such an amazing advocate and checked in with us everyday!!!! She even helped us after we left. Thank you and god bless you all for what you did!

Please think twice or look into other options before placing your loved one here. For starters, communication is entirely lacking from case workers, social workers, to certain nurses as well. The caseworker/social worker that was assigned to my loved ones case was very confused, lacked professionalism, as well as sympathy and overall knowledge. A couple of the nurses neglected major concerns that we had in regards to my loved ones care, which led to further negative complications. The individual at the front desk - both of the young ladies - would often gossip about other workers, staff members, and otjer visitors which I've witnessed on previous occasions. Overall the neglect, and lack of consistency really left a horrible taste in our mouth and even though we escalated on many different timings, I would never place another loved one here again. There's a reason they were sued a couple years ago due to negligence, please do your research.

All of the staff here were so helpful and straightforward. Complete godsend and I can't thank you enough. They saved my life and if I needed anything they were right there to help. If I ever have to come to a hospital hope its this one. I can't say enough good things! The case manager and my advocate are A+ and I wouldn't have survived without this place.
