I would give no stars if that was an option. This doctor has been “treating” my mom for a month now for an excruciating pain on her foot. Dr Macedo hasn’t been able to determine what it is. My mom requested a foot specialist since her pain isn’t going away and Dr Macedo said it’s not necessary. She just came back from urgent care where the doctor took one look at her toe and immediately recognized it as an infected tulcer. He told her she needs a specialist asap and he said she needs to stay off her feet to help it heal. Dr Macedo wouldn’t take her off work in fact told her she NEEDS to walk to help her foot heal...?? My mom is in such pain. This doctor has been no help. What doctor wouldn’t refer their patient to a specialist if the wound isn’t healing and clearly her “treatment” isn’t working and it’s been a month now So frustrating.

Dr. Macedo was very professional knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions and gave good medical treatment and advice.

Don’t believe the good reviews they are definitely fake Went in shared a health concern and was never told what it could be or anyway to address it. Then I had an ear infection and literally was told to take a decongestant by the rude nurse. Went to a different doctor and was prescribed an antibiotic and my infection went away. Definitely won’t go back She’s a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.

Please study about anything this doctor tells you. This doctor also lies. If she does not want to send you to a specialist be careful.

Dr. Bryn Macedo has been my physician for approximately 4 yrs. I could not as for a better provider. She is caring kind honest and she listens. She is also a very thorough praticioner. I love the staff everyone is welcoming and they really care about You. I highly recommend Dr. Macedo..

I just had my first visit and was reeeeaaally impressedThe office is easy to find and clean.The staff is lively polite and really welcoming.Dr. Macedo really surprised me. I was comfortable expressing the multiple reasons for my visit in detail. At no time did I feel rushed judged or pressured which in my experience is rare.Probably the only comment I have after this visit would be that my wait time was over 15 minutes. However well worth the wait 👍

Dr. Macedo has improved my life vastly. She has discovered the sources of several medical problems and is constantly helping me to lead my healthiest life possible. She is kind and listens well.

I just got off the phone with Lisa Im assuming this was the person working the front desk. I called to set up an appointment I am new to IEHP and called so that I could become a new patient. Lisa was initially very defensive we dont take medical and did not even take the time to explain to me what was going on. I decided to hang up and call another PCP office instead. Very rude and discouraging to people making appointments. I definitely dont want anyone with that attitude as my PCP.

Sweet doctor who establishes a comfortable relationship with her patients. Didn’t feel rushed as if she needed to get to her next patient. Highly recommend

I love her. I suffered two miscarriages and was told by the Loma Linda Univeristy Medical OBGYN staff that “everything was normal.” They wanted to wait until I endured a third miscarriage to do any further testing. I went to Macedo around the same time and she immediately ordered labs and discovered a hormonal imabalance Loma Linda didn’t even think to look for. She immediately put me on a medication and I conceived within a few months. I’m 3 months pregnant.
