Dr. Chen has been my DR. for over 20 yrs. He has always taken very good care of my and has been concerned about my health. He even called me when I had not seen him in some time to check up on me and to see how I was . I have regular scheduled regular appointments since and will call me if he sees something that he has a concern about and set a appointment to go over test results

I've seen the feedback below and agree the service is slow. But when the doctor meets with me, he's not like an HMO doctor who rushes you through the process.   He's been more thorough than doctors in my past.  He seems to genuinely care.  And the bottom line is under his care, my health and wellness has improved.

Always very polite from the front desk to the doctor. Yes you need to wait but better that then a doctor who gives you 2 minutes of his time and rushes you out the door. Very detailed and very caring. Highly recommend this place

My daughter needed to be seen today but not for anything contagious and I didn’t want to have to bring her to ER or UC to be exposed to all the illnesses going around. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Office was clean.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Chen for 25+ years and will continue to go to him until he retires. Dr. Chen will spend the time necessary to help you with whatever youre there for be it 5 minutes or half hour.

Nice doctor shows he cares...but he has never run any needed tests on me and has recently prescribed medication for high blood pressure which made me very sick I probably need to find an M.D. thats is younger and will prescribe a better medication for me ..??

In good conscience I cannot recommend this dr. Will not go into detail but am glad I found another dr.

Dr. Chen was the most unhelpful doctor I've ever been to. I came in for a regular checkup that was extremely rushed. This is after waiting to see him for 2 and a half hours. I also requested a referral for surgery in which he flat out refused because he said it wasn't fair for his other patients who also need surgery or something like that. His English is also terrible so you won't understand a thing he says. He left the room a few times to "check something" for 15 minutes at a time. He's not there to help you, only to refuse you the care you need. Avoid at all costs.

Martha has always been rude and non apologetic and always giving attitude on the phone and in the office she will not let you speak and will talk over you laugh at you and will try to act smart. When asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager comes in and out of the office and does not have an exact schedule and is not available and there was no way I could be directed to her. A

When asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager comes in and out of the office and does not have an exact schedule and is not available and there was no way I could be directed to her. After asking four times she finally said she could take a message. I asked about how long the turn around was she laughed and said idk it could be days. Then to the Dr. complaint my mothers cholesterol was left untreated no one ever bother to tell her at the visits that her results came abnormal nor did they follow up with her to get her on medication nor was called. After a year later she goes in and they tell her shes had uncontrolled cholesterol since than. She had to get catarac surgery and the dpecialist was about to to her surgery with no attention that she had had a previous stroke 2 yrs ago. The specialist had to do their own screaning and delay her surgery. Then out of no where the Dr. decides he wants to lower her dose on her B/P and a week later she ended jn the hospital with another stroke. Shes told to follow up and after two weeks the Dr. wants to cancelle another medication that the ER told her she could not be off of because she had swelling in her legs. Understood but I call to speak to the office and then explain to them Why couldnt they just change her medication with a diffrent one and i was told that the Dr. would call me. When i spoke to him he was do confused and said that he was just concerned about the swelling. Again what about the stroke!!!! You cant leave something untreated!!! I also told him why he said no to sending an order for the glucose meter and a blood pressure cuff he kept saying i dont do that again i told him yes you do you give out the order so ur assistants can send for an aproval. My mom calls to follow up and they claim she never asked that I never asked. ‍ I call back and was horribly treated again by Martha! I had to speak to another girl name joanna and aske her to relay the msg to the mannager and i told them id be fileing for a greviance and it was only then they submitted for everything they had to and took the extraw mile to call my mother and reconfirm what she needed.
