List of Jesse Dominguez's Reviews
Terrible. I am so disappointed at the lack of compassion this doctor has shown. I have needed a referral and have been ignored. I even went to his office with paperwork and was told I'd get a call back and have not. I will be switching to a different doctor.
Been a patient since 2005, Jesse D is our family doctor. He’s great but counting back to maybe five years from now he’s nowhere to be found. Every time I need treatment I see his “assistants”or other providers on cue. Thats fine and all but isn’t a specific doctor assigned to you so they know you and carry your profile throughout your care? . Okay they need help with the workload , fine but they’re second in command don’t do any better of a job either way. That’s issue N.1 NOW, NEED REFERRALS? Forget it, the doctor (any doc) takes their time “approving”or “passing”on the referrals. No matter how urgent your situation is. You end up at an emergency room quicker and with results from them faster, also scolded for recurring to them instead of “YOUR PROVIDER”. Customer Service is terrible both in person and via telephone. Poor etiquette and work ethics. Staff is usually rude, and it feels as if you’re just a car that needs service and not a patient seeking help. There is no empathy for mo
Let me start off with saying that the office staff is wonderful! They are patient, nice, and very thorough. Dr. Dominguez, on the other hand, seems very rushed and it feels like he only wants to spend the minimum amount of time in the room possible. On a follow up from an ER visit, my mom was explaining her symptoms and DR. Dominguez cut her off mid sentence and started diagnosing. He order an EKG to be done in the room. While the nurse is setting up the EKG, my mom asks why she needs an EKG if one was done in the ER. She stops the EKG and the Dr. comes in and asks why we didn't tell him she already had an EKG. I told him 1) it was clearly in the ER discharge paperwork that he failed to read and 2) that he never gave us a chance to say much anyway. Then midway through this conversation, his phone dings. He takes his phone out and starts reading the text message, WHILE MY MOM IS TALKING. That was rude, but MAYBE it was an emergency or a hospital page. He didn't explain, didn't apologize. And lastly, there is a scribe who walks with him typing all his notes and all of his suggestions. A Young, Asian girl. He keeps referring to her as "mija", which is pretty much spanish for "sweetie". I don't know how he can justify that, but to me, it was highly inappropriate for a health care, professional setting. Definitely looking for a new doctor.
Worst doctor ever, doesn’t take time to know patient. Tells you he is going to put order either for meds, blood work or referral and every single time I would have to call his office because there was never an order. Also waited on a referral since April which he forgot and was seen until July when my diagnosis was already worsen by then.
I would recommend Dr Dominguez to everyoneI knowand even strangers. Dr Dominguez has always remembered me even when I left him for about 3 years. He has an amazing bedside manner. He always asks if everything has been covered before he leaves you. He believes that you know your body and what is wrong or possibly wrong with it. As faras theoffice staff goes, I have never had a problem with them. I can't explain the compasscomplaints from the other reviewers. I never want another Dr but Dr Domingu
I was a very loyal patient. His staff is awful, the medical group is unprofessional and rude, and I had to find out on my own two weeks after having blood work that I had a bacterial stomach infection. They sent me an email saying my results were in, i read them and saw that they said abnormal. I then had to beg for 30 minutes to talk to a Dr over the phone to have my own results given to me! Aside from this, Cucamonga medical group is very unprofessional and rude
Dr. Jesse S. Dominguez DO - is a do nothing delegator, that has spread himself so thin he can't can't be bothered with how it effects patients real lively hood. Never in my 60 years of life, have I experienced such negligent, disheartening, and I unorganized medical practices.
I would never recommend him. He misdiagnosed me. He said if my case would be sent on to specialty he would be laughed at. Told me my pain did not match my injury and also told me never to return to Urgent Care again. I have never been treated like this in all the years I have had in visiting Doctors. Ever. And to top it off He could not even get my name correct every time I would visit him.
Highly recommend
This doctors office is so caring and nice. If u r looking for a GREAT primary care physician, this group is what you've been looking for. They find cancellations for you, and are genuinely polite and caring. Thank you doctors!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
