Kimberly A Bekemeier's Online Review Report Card

I called Dr Bekemeiers office to talk with office staff regarding becoming a new patient there after having terrible experiences elsewhere. I wish I remembered the girls name. She answered all my questions I did not get placed on hold and she was very efficient very pleasant and courteous. I look forward to my first visit with this office and Doctor B.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. OR DRS OFFICE They are incompetent idiots that cancel your appointments without your permission they keep you on hold for 20 minutes and they ABSOLUTELY dont give a crap about good customer service or quality patient care. I wouldnt tell a rodent to seek them out for medical care Youd be better off with a butcher If I could Id give them a 25 star but since they dont have that here I told one.

Dr. Bekemeier diagnosed for a chronic life threatening illness which when i changed doctors learned that I do not have. I changed doctors because I am a proactive person and when I asked Dr. Bekemeier for what followup actions should be taken during this initial visit and two followups the answer was just monitor it. I guess at stage two. Ridiculous answer when quality of life can be supported. Very poor communication.

Dr Bekemeier is very thorough and has nice and polite bedside manner she is easy to talk to and listens to your questions and concerns.

I recently switched to being one of her current patients after having the same family physician since childhood. Shes been my physician for about almost 3 years now. She is wonderful. Shes smart she catches on quick shes helpful and gives her advice. Shes appropriate quick and beautiful. Kudos ?? shes a new fave.

She is not very personable does not do any followup and shes rarely available to see directly.

Every time I call I am always on hold for 20 minutes Ive been trying to get two referrals from this office they yet to do so all they care about is the patient coming in so they can get money

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone that cares about their health and wellbeing. I had a doctor prior to her that I loved he was and is a great doctor for about 10 years but my insurance changed and he doesnt take my current insurance. If you get through on the phone to the office youll be lucky. I have spent at least 2045 min on hold almost every time I call and when told they tell me they return my call within 2448 hours with answers to a question it took 168 Hours 7 days

Love the doctor dislike the office staff. If you can get through them Dr. Bekemeir and Dr. Smart are great

The worst office I have ever dealt with. The office staff is rude unorganized and completely incompetent. They never faxed over the info for a referral to and E.N.T. for my daughter. The front desk scheduled a nurse visit per doctor request for my sons shots and when I showed up they turned us away saying the Doctor must see him again I called and left a message with their answering service and they put it down as a no show. I showed up to another appointment and my labs had not come in yet so the rescheduled me and put me down again inaccurately as a no show. Mirabelle is the absolute rudest person. When I tried to explain to her that I needed to reschedule and had spoken to their answering service to reschedule the day before my appointment because they were in a meeting in the middle of the day SHE HUNG UP ON ME I called back and she said she could tell I was about to curse. I told her I was not but if she would just stop talking and listen she would have known that. The front desk has no idea what they are doing or how to record keep. The doctors are great except for their hiring skills. Without a decent office staff to back up the doctors the doctors are pointless. I would never trust my familys care to this office again. Its a waste of time and nothing ever gets accomplished.
