List of Kyle N Smart's Reviews
Been with Dr. Smart for over 15 years. Best doctor Ive ever had. Easy to talk to always takes care of my needs.
This is awful. Its been 2 weeks and cant get lab result or anything. They make you responsible. They only care for themselves. I called 15 times and cant get answer.
This office used to be great. Not anymore. The staff cant answer any questions leave you on hold forever and you cant ever see Dr.Smart. too bad because hes a good doctor. Avoid this office at all costs
Dr. Kyle Smart is an excellent doctor. He take time to listen to your concerns and addresses those needs.
I went to an urgent care center in Claremont and never saw an actual doctor. I saw two nurses one of which just laughed at my symptoms and wrote me a prescription. A week later I was charged 7425.00 $ from the Urgent care center despite not receiving any treatment nor seeing a doctor. Thankfully my insurance covered the majority of the cost however now I am responsible to pay 480.00$ without seeing this man once. I am genuinely confused.
In calling to make an appt. it is always a minimum 30 minute wait on phone to get through. If your lucky Then no matter what your concern is or how bad off pain wise you may be there is always at least a 3 week wait. I say 3 weeks again if your lucky its usually more like 5 to 6 weeks out.We have been patients of Doctor Smarts since opening his practice in North Fontana. I understand growth and progress but at the same token more needs to be done with his staff to become more proactive and empathetic to his patients needs. Their standard responses of I will have someone call you back between 48 and 72 hours is unacceptable. Especially to someone who has been in excruciating pain and unable to walk. When the ball was dropped by one of their Physicians Assistants to order certain procedures necessary to move forward on an issue all should be done by staff members to remedy the error and expedite the patients needs. Instead its as if they are reading from a script book of responses to add further delay and frustration to the patient. At this point I am currently waiting to see if the final person I called will indeed call me back by end of business today. If she does not I will be addressing this issue directly with Doctor Smart and in turn finding a new practice which will meet our families needs both personally and professionally.
Good doctors office except Dr. Kyle Smart is never there. Would like to see him once in a while other than other doctors in his network.
I have So many great stories I could tell.
Ive been a patient with Dr. Smarts office for 15+ years. I appreciate the attention to detail and the efforts made to clean each device after use when you are in their care. I never thought about cleaning the blood pressure cuffs after use until the staff did it right in front of me The standards and expectations are what I care about. If the standards and expectations are high when my doctor is caring for people who have dire needs I trust the PAs can take care of me for the other things. The staff PAs and even Patel are friendly and professional. Theyve gone above and beyond. Tests have been completed when a symptom has been questionable. I understand the wait for appts. I use my resources. I go online and schedule my urgent care appt. that day within the same bldg.downstairs where those minor needs are met. Better insurance does not guarantee better Dr.s and staff. Been there done that. I cannot speak for oneoffs bad days or even situations where there are no excuses for the below reviews. Im speaking on my experiences as a mother wife and patient. Ive seen this practice for 10 of those years for anxiety and depression and have never ever felt neglected. Im in it for the integrity. If I have to wait for an appt. then Ill wait or go to urgent care downstairs. Theres a shortage of phenomenal service integrity and cleanliness this day and age. If the service was horrible demand to speak with someone who can take care of it. This man has more than one practice spends his time at the E.R.his wife also a Dr and last I heard still on a hospital board. Theres no way to handle all of that unless theres delegation through employees. Employees can be wrong in their dealings just like doctors can.To get an appt. with Dr. Smart there IS a wait list due to the above. He also typically sees his older patients first. Leave feedback with someone or ask to leave concerns on his voicemail ASAP. Or find an office and ask if the new Dr. you chose works consistently in house and sees his patients daily. This may prevent any concerns you have. Thanks for your time.
Very bad experience every time Id needed an appointment Id see a different P.A. and they all seem to be in a rush. They seem careless about my health and didnt do much to help me out with a health problem i had. Never going back to them whats the point of them looking so professional if they are useless. Had to look for help with another MD wich his office was not a very nice looking office but his staff and this other doctor were so professional and took care of my problem right away. So disappointed with this doctor smart staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
