This office used to be great. Not anymore. The staff can't answer any questions leave you on hold forever, and you can't ever see Dr.Smart. too bad because he's a good doctor. Avoid this office at all costs

Good doctors' office except Dr. Kyle Smart is never there. Would like to see him once in a while other than other doctors in his network.

In calling to make an appt. it is always a minimum 30 minute wait on phone to get through. (If your lucky) Then no matter what your concern is or how bad off pain wise you may be, there is always at least a 3 week wait. I say 3 weeks (again if your lucky it's usually more like 5 to 6 weeks out).We have been patients of Doctor Smarts since opening his practice in North Fontana. I understand growth and progress, but at the same token more needs to be done with his staff to become more proactive and empathetic to his patients needs. Their standard responses of I will have someone call you back between 48 and 72 hours is unacceptable. Especially to someone who has been in excruciating pain and unable to walk. When the ball was dropped by one of their Physicians Assistants to order certain procedures necessary to move forward on an issue, all should be done by staff members to remedy the error and expedite the patients needs. Instead, its as if they are reading from a script book of responses to add further delay and frustration to the patient.At this point I am currently waiting to see if the final person I called will indeed call me back by end of business today. If she does not I will be addressing this issue directly with Doctor Smart and in turn finding a new practice which will meet our families needs both personally and professionally.

Very bad experience, every time I'd needed an appointment I'd see a different P.A. and they all seem to be in a rush. They seem careless about my health and didn't do much to help me out with a health problem i had. Never going back to them, what's the point of them looking so professional if they are useless. Had to look for help with another MD wich his office was not a very nice looking office but his staff and this other doctor were so professional and took care of my problem right away. So disappointed with this doctor smart staff
