Theresa Modigh’s issue seems to be a misunderstanding that has nothing to do with Dr. Patidar. I’m one of Dr. Patidar’s patients and she is by far one of the most sweet and trustworthy dentist I’ve experienced. I hated going to the dentist before I met her. I avoided the dentist for a long time until I met her, and now I’m up to date on my dental work. Now I just go in for routine maintenance appointments and exams are a breeze! Also, she doesn’t do the cleanings the hygienists do. And around the time her one star review was given they were down a hygienist due to her being sick (she is okay now) so they had to cancel a lot of cleaning appointments. No reason to take it out on the doctor, just make a new appointment.

Ist time with her n Triangle Dental group in Fontana gave me $6587 detailed charges, when I asked for deep cleaning only covered by my insurance they rescheduled me 2x I totally canceled . I refused to submit myself to a dentist who’s dental clinical skill is still questionable, poor customer service, I will submit her itemized charges n complain to dental board n insurance company her colleagues for them to know how she unethically n unprofessionally mishandled a first time patient.
