If I can give this a zero I would, I came in for head trauma and I passed out twice waiting in the ER waiting room for 4 hours. No exaggeration. Please go to other emergency rooms.

They are really caring at this hospital. They are always full but they give excellent care. They make me wish I was a Kaiser patient.
This place is horrible. The doctor who I saw, her name is Sonia Guirgis. She has no compassion. That person is not honest, suspicious and low self-esteemed. Merely speaks English, poor communication skills and always avoid eye contact with patients. I wish I could give her zero star. How come such kind of person become a doctor? Be careful with her. Patients can get killed because of her.
No parking. Its a nightmare to get in. Then because you're late they purposely make you wait. Even if no one else is waiting. Like to make a point. Its never intentionally to be late. Have to park somewhere else and then walk to the building.
Would give a negative review if I could. My father is currently in their hospital, admitted, experiencing severe symptoms and can't get anyone to go to his room. Tried all of the contact numbers and got nowhere. Horrible care.
Worst hospital ever my wife been waiting over 40 minutes in pain about to go in labor and all they say is oh you have to wait in a waiting room alone till a room opens up
Dont go here if your sick with covid they leave you outside and unattended there staff dont care . I took my wife and she has pneumonia really bad with covid and I had to leave her alone and she throwing up and pissing herself and cant breath and they just stand back leave her alone not helping. So I picked her up took her to the county and guess what they had compassion and saw my wife was I'll and admitted her in. So plz dont go to kaiser Fontana
I am not a Kaiser patient and thank God for that! My mother in-law was admitted last week. And everyday that I speak to her it seems as though she is declining more and more. I understand that we are going through these unprecedented times and things are much different than normal. But the communication at this hospital is despicable. Didnt hear from a doctor since last Friday and it is nearly impossible to get in contact with any of the charge nurses. Finally was able to reach a nurse and had to beg her to have a doctor contact us for any updates at all. This morning I called and spoke with my mother in-law, again sounds worse then the day prior. Tried calling the nurse to find out any info and Laurie on level 5 was very rude! Apparently they have a new policy, they are not accepting any phone calls until after 10. Again I can understand they are receiving a high volume of callers do to the circumstances. But the way she spoke to me over the phone was unnecessary. They need to have a little compassion towards the patients family, they need to recognize that we are unable to speak to a doctor or nurse face to face. So the attitude that people are bothering and they are being bombarded is unacceptable!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
