List of Danette R. Taylor's Reviews
This doctor no longer works in the office the phone number goes to. A quick Google search yields the same results - called the office and she's not a doctor there.
Update to a previous review: After today, she deserves 10 stars. Above and beyond.
Judged Dr. Taylor a little prematurely. She cares enough to go completely out of her way.
Dr. Taylor definitely spends enough time with her patients I'm sure, because I'm pretty difficult and she spent plenty of time with me. I'm not quite sure she actually heard me, however, and am concerned that I may not be the demographic she's used to or prefers. Getting her to want to order additional tests was a task and she sort of made me feel "blown off". Everything I mentioned was normal or not that big of a deal. Wish she was more willing to actually investigate my labs and combined symptoms. My feeling of malaise should be rest assured, but the "I'm to young" vibe was definitely present. Chronic neck pain and cervical spinal stenosis are not normal for my age and neither is the grinding I hear, but that was normalized as was a possible vascular issue from mottled skin, and cold feet that turn purple at the She completely disregarded a very important symptom, but hey. I'm going to try this trust thing again in 3 months for my follow-up because she's actually friendly, just a little arrogant. I felt judged and that is my number one reason for either seeing a PA-C and waiting so long to address the issues I've had for years.
Does not return patients calls, says she will call to follow-up and doesn't. Office is horrible and discourteous! Refers to urgent care instead of seeing patient. Blames the office staff instead of taking responsibility for her patients.
Does not return calls. Blames everything on the staff. Does not follow-up when she says she will. Has no care whatsoever for patients.
Dr Taylor is the best very very patient kind and gentle very knowledgeable about her practice and I appreciate her taking time in answering questions and making sure my health is Is important thank you Dr Taylor for all that you do to keep me well each and every year I appreciate you thank you! Dr. Taylor is the most comprehensive, professional and knowledgeable physician we’ve ever had. She is also a great listener with sound, realistic advice. Great sense of humor!
I have been going to Dr. Taylor since 2001. She always on time and I have never had to wait in the lobby after my appointment time. She take the time to answer all your questions and is always willing to try and get you in if your sick and there are no available appointments. She is kind, knowledgeable and up to date. I will be continue to see Dr. Taylor for the rest of my life as long as she is at the Torrance Memorial Physician Network. I have referred many of my friend and family members to Dr. Taylor and they too love her.
Dr Taylor has been an excellent doctor for over 20 for our family. She has a friendly but professional demeanor. She is truthful and stern with her evaluation, and looks out for the benefit of her patients. Nurse Cynthia is a nice compliment to her staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
