Super easy scheduling and waitlist spot was honored within about 5 minutes of my scheduled time. Helpful staff quick to get in to be seen download the app to make everything very easy. On a Friday afternoon I was expecting a crowd but they were clear. This new Foothill Ranch location is a local benefit for all of us in Baker Ranch and Foothill Ranch.

Have been there for blood draw and for urgent care and they provide the best service. Everyone I enteracted with were very nice and focused on my comfort and health.

Dr. Ozman has no bedside manner and is condescending in her approach. As a result my family would rather drive to any other urgent care which is highly convenient as we live in FHR than risk being seen by her.

We had to wait a long time due to short staff thanks to government mandates. The staff did not say that but we knew bc of family members that work in healthcare But the entire staff was so helpful caring and tried their absolute best to accommodate and did so with success. The doctor got in there and diagnosed the situation spot on and we were given all necessary prescriptions. My advice Try not to go to the doctors officeurgent care unless you absolutely have to Get the cvs covid test and if you need meds for covid then go in otherwise steer clear of hospitals and doctors offices.

I always have a great experience at Hoag urgent care in Foothill Ranch. Everyone is so nice and professional. I highly recommend people to go here. I had an appointment which really helps. The Drs and staff seem very concerned for you. Thank you all of you at Hoag urgent care
