Always a good experience. The facilities and doctors / PAs have all been top notch. I’ve used the urgent care for myself and have been taking my kids here for urgent and non urgent visits.

Had to go Easter plus the husband had a bad fall and wanted to make sure he didn't need stitches or have anything broken.Staff and medical team were great!We only waited maybe 10 mins - he had x-rays and wounds cleaned and bandaged.The experience was very smooth and professional- would definitely recommend going there instead of ER if it's nothing life-threatening plus the facility is really high end.

This review is for the urgent care staff. I took my son to urgent care last Friday with an appointment. The person working at the front desk, Linda Du, was very rude and impatient during the process of filling out new patient forms (tons of paper). I have never been treated like that and very surprised. The facility is new and nice. They should invest more on training their staffs and improving the effectiveness of the paperwork process.

I live in Orange but was in need of a follow up appt to have some surgical staples removed from a prior procedure.I could not get a convenient appt. time any where near me (Anaheim Hills included) .I was heading that direction and called them.What an easy system to make an appt. Same day, wonderful staff from receptionist, to nurse check I. To docto.I will always make this gem my place for healthcare in the future!

My wife and I can't say enough great things about this location. Our whole family of 5 have been seen here. They are always efficient. Even more important they are so caring and thorough. Our kids love Nurse Julie, she immediately puts them at ease. And every doctor we have seen there have been fantastic.

Beautiful, clean, efficient and state of the art equipment. I had some imaging done here and I was in and out within 45 minutes. They offer warm robes and blankets The staff was absolutely lovely. Thank you for a great experience
