I always check the Hoag website for the wait times for their urgent care locations. I drove from Irvine to Foothill Ranch on a Sunday because there was no wait. I was seen immediately by a doctor (MD) who was patient and thorough. I highly recommend the Foothill Ranch location because it is a brand new facility, it was uncrowded and there is tons of parking.

The office is clean, the staff is very professional. Online waiting list to pick an office visit time to minimize wait time.

a fabulous resource to have when one can't get to see their primary physician. The entire staff are great...the facility is super clean and a delight to visit even when one has an issue that brings them there.

I did not wait long at all. My medical issues required me to see a specialist, which I am grateful that the Dr. felt that I needed special care. I highly recommend going to this facility. Everyone was professional and caring.

I was told a 45 min wait and now have been sitting here for an hour and a half in major pain. what kind of place is this???? I've never waited this long at an urgent care. Avoid if you can!!!

Absolutely! Such a beautiful facility and I really enjoyed the biocircuit gym. You need a referral to access the gym but it’s so brilliant!
