Had a great experience at this urgent care location. Made an appointment online and the process was easy without any complications. Everyone was very nice, professional, and caring. I also really loved the calming instrumental music playing when you walk in. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Had to go Easter plus the husband had a bad fall and wanted to make sure he didn't need stitches or have anything broken.Staff and medical team were great!We only waited maybe 10 mins - he had x-rays and wounds cleaned and bandaged.The experience was very smooth and professional- would definitely recommend going there instead of ER if it's nothing life-threatening plus the facility is really high end.

This review is for the urgent care staff. I took my son to urgent care last Friday with an appointment. The person working at the front desk, Linda Du, was very rude and impatient during the process of filling out new patient forms (tons of paper). I have never been treated like that and very surprised. The facility is new and nice. They should invest more on training their staffs and improving the effectiveness of the paperwork process.
