Great staff,great PA .Front desk always super nice.Never any wait.

I have been here for myself and my 3 sons and they always are very polite and professional. They have gone above and beyond . MA Krystal is always so patient with my little ones on taking their vitals and is so gentle with them when it comes to testing them for any kind of test . PA Mathew does such an amazing thorough job and always answers any questions I have . Had even called to follow up on how my LO was doing . they both make this place a 5 star for me . Will continue to come

I agree with the reviews. Not a good place. Very unprofessional. I called ahead and they said the wait is 40 minutes I walked in and no one was there, they had anime playing on the tv.. I had a bad feeling when I walked in. The only person that was some what kind was the guy working the front. The MA was horrible, I have no idea how she has a job and the “nurse” or doctor who came in was worse.. she looked like she rolled out of bed and had a bad attitude. Talked to me for not even 1 minute and then was like ok that’s all. As she turned around I’m like ok so that’s it I’m done I can leave??! Yup... Teach your staff how to have a better attitude and look presentable.

Open on Christmas Day. Very courteous and helpful. They found the pharmacy that is open on Christmas for us. Very helpful.

They are so kind best staff ever I’ve seen

This clinic is one of the best I've been to (you know how clinics can be...). The facility is super clean. The staff is always really kind and attentive. There's usually a few patients waiting, but most of the time I'm seen by the GP within 30 mins. With that said, I recently went and they had me waiting in the waiting room for 30 mins and then in the private room for 1 hour! I had a very common illness, SO easy to prescribe. They could have easily taken my test and said, "Go ahead and take off. We'll call you with the results", but they kept me. I had to walk out of the room and remind them I was waiting in the private room. I'm a mom; I have things to do. So, out of fairness, 1 bad visit of 5 is not bad.

Love this Urgent! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The PA Matt and the MA (forget his name but he has been there forever!) is AMAZING! He has treated my hole family and has helped us to be more aware and healthy:) Thank you OC Urgent Care!!

Was there on Friday with kids, one of them tested positive for flu the other at the time was negative but had some symptoms. They got prescription for Temifu (not me, even though this medication can be used as preventative considering the situation that I’m going to be around two sick kids). The one who tested negative started running high fevers next day, all good have prescription in the pharmacy, went picked it up right away started, the treatment. Yesterday I woke up feeling sick, no fever yet. Call them up thinking i just was there with one if kids tested positive, they would do appointment over the phone and sent prescription to pharmacy, but no they need me to go in. I take two sick kids and myself to urgent care. This nurse tests me for covid as well (not sure why, I’ve been home with kids who have flu, not covid), sticks the swabs dipper than original covid test ever used to go in, my nose still burns inside. PA Leticia comes in hands me over a paper saying u tested negative and sends me home. I tell her well if I’m negative at this moment, I most likely will be positive tonight latest tomorrow morning. Considering that taking this medicine is time sensitive and I’ve been locked up with two sick kids in the house for past 3 days and starting to feel body aches would be smart to send the prescription in. And why do you have me come in to begin with, to hand me a paper? She tells me if i feel worse later there are other urgent cares opened at nigh. So I need to put two my sick kids back in the car, feeling even worse then already am and drive to urgent care in the middle of the night? We’ve had flu before, have gotten prescription even for those in the family who was not positive yet. This particular PA is very incompetent, every time I have gone to this place was hoping she would not be there. Will be looking for new urgent care to go to for my and my kids’ medical needs.

I wish I read the reviews before wasting my time, as others mentioned only staffed by rookie incompetent PAs that can’t diagnose anything. Don’t waste your time this place is a joke.

This place has terrible reviews and I was dreading that this is where I had to go. To my surprise the front office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, my son was seen by a doctor and he was also very warm. Great experience.
