Dr Zabaneh is an absolutely wonderful doctor. She has been my son’s doctor since he was born and I drive more than 30 minutes to see her. She is kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about her patients. She is great with babies too. I highly recommend doctor Zabaneh she’s the best, she helped my son through so many issues as a newborn and infant.

I’m lost for words! My 5 1/2 month old has been sick for 6 days. Diahrrea and vomiting. I called the office on a Saturday doctors not available a nurse briefly spoke with me and said call back if the symptoms continue. So I called back and they gave me an appt for 3pm. O showed up at 2:50. The nurse at the front rudely expressed that my sons appt was at 2:20. So I explained that I was under the impression that the appt was at 3pm because that’s what the call center told me. Regardless, I kindly asked since there’s no patients waiting please can we see the doctor. She said no you’re too late!!!! I said you better go back there and ask the doctor my sons sick he’s Les than 6 months old. It’s not a regular check up and I live 40 min away please help us my son is sick! She went back there and said the doctor said SORRY YOURE TOO LATE GO TO URGENT CARE I CAN’T SEE HIM TODAY… I pleaded with them there’s no patients I’ll wait even if she’s on her break please my sons sick. They didn’t even flinch… That’s what happens when an individual does not relate to having children and is in their profession to make money and not help people… I called the head of delivery at HOAG HOSPITAL Dr. Jeffrey Taylor’s office as I was crying and the nurse put me hold for less than 20 second, came back on the line and said given the fragile age of your son and the severity of the symptoms come in as soon as you can and THE DOCTOR WILL MAKE TIME FOR YOUR SON!

I wish there was a way to give Dr. Zabaneh a ten out of five stars. Hands down the most intuitive and caring doctor I have ever met. My daughter loves her and is already asking if she can continue to see her as a adult. Dr. Zabaneh is sweet but professional, and really takes time to ask and LISTEN to what is going on. I cannot say enough positive about her.
