Service used to be very good. However, in 2022 - service has taking a major step backwards. In the past, we've been able to call and get whatever support we needed from them. However, this year - your hold time is 30 minutes plus just for simple things. If you are looking for child medical care. I would look elsewhere. If you can't reach them during business hours and are put instantly on hold - there's no point.

Great doctors that will take care of your kids. However, the front office/reception needs work. For example, the front office won't answer the phone even when the stated office hours are 8:30am. They are slow to return your calls (if at all) and they often call you at the wrong number if you have multiple and won't call all your numbers. This is laziness on the front office staff. The doctors, however, are the best that I've worked with. They are caring and knowledgeable. Overall very good. They just need to fire the front desk.
