Doctor Zouves and how staff are absolutely amazing. They are extremely professional personable and kind. The entire clinic is ran like a very well-oiled machine. I'm a second time surrogate with his clinic I kind of feel like I've just gone for a spa day after transfer, the clinic itself just has a nice warm feeling about it. Doctor Zouves always has something personal to say I'll see how my children are by first name he doesn't forget the details of his patients it's very nice. my emails and phone calls are always returned typically within an hour I just can't say enough about this clinic it's amazing. Not to mention that his success rates speak for themselves.
My husband and I have been working with Dr. Zouves in trying to build our family. We had had some unfortunate things happened during our journey but I must say that Dr. Zouves has been an absolute blessing the whole time. Their team is friendly, reliable and their practice is very professional with lots of checks and balances so that everything moves smoothly. We had tried another fertility center about 3 years back which wasn't able to create any embryos for us. Fast forward 3 years and Dr. Zouves is able to create 6 embryos in 1 cycle for us. His lab is amazing and the embryologist and equipment is top of the line. He get's results because you pay for what you get which is quality. Thank you Dr. Zouves for working with us to build our family.
Love Dr Zouves Clinic! The atmosphere is very relaxing, all nurses and other personnel are super nice, and his outstanding personalised care make it very easy. I went to Stanford hospital before and that was nothing but frustration, a lot of stress and waist of money. Dr Zouves personalised care, holistic approach, top of the line methods make dreams come through. I highly recommend their care to anybody who wants to start a family and get results.
Dr Zouves is the best fertility Dr around. He's been practicing since IVF was invented and is truly an expert. His practice doesn't just involve the IVF procedure, but he also recommends holistic methods to improve your fertility. I really appreciated his approach to rule out anything that could cause failure rather than going the trial and error route, which would not only have been costly but also emotionally strenuous. We went through some extra procedures, but we also got pregnant first try.
Absaloutly love Dr, Zouves and his practice is to knotch
When you are seeking treatment at a vulnerable time in your life, you want someone that's authentic and truly cares about your best interest. Although I felt like this about Dr. Zouves during my initial chat over the phone and first office visit, I saw his true colors come out shortly after. If you just want to get the job done and don't care about what kind of person you're entrusting your care to, go to Dr. Zouves, he has high success rates. But if you want someone patient, patient centric, and that you can trust- seek another place - there are too many other great places in the peninsula to subject yourself to the condescending and egotistical attitude of Dr. Zouves. I went in to freeze my eggs, which is covered by my work insurance. In speaking to my Fertility coverage consultant and Dr. Zouves' finance person, I discovered that there were $750 of tests that were not covered by my insurance. My insurance told me that this test is not mandatory anywhere else, only if I was planning to donate my eggs, and that paying $425 for this test + $350 for a genetic consult when I was not getting implanted should not be required. After speaking to his finance person, she recommended that I email Dr. Zouves to see what he can do about this. So I sent a well thought out email just as she said. Honestly I would have paid the $775 difference if there was a logician explanation as to why he recommends it, because I really liked the guy and his holistic approach. But instead, I received a condescending email back saying that he was not in the "bargain basement egg banking" business and that I had to make a decision to either pay or go somewhere where I'd receive less than amazing care. (Summary of the email) I was appalled. Never thought the seemingly kind dr. I had sitting in front of me the day before would write such things. Well, thank you for making my decision easy Dr. Zouves! I'll take my business elsewhere :)
Amazing, kind, patient and thorough. He makes every patient feel like they are special and pays attention to the smallest detail.
Absolutely amazing. I canâ??t explain how refreshing it is to go to a medical office where everything just flows. Everyone you interact with has the best bedside manners. Dr. Zouves has such a reassuring calmness in his voice and really compares to no other fertility physician I have ever met. I highly suggest not using his as your last hope but as your first. He is the only person I ever recommend.
Dr. Zouves is the best IVF doctor. He really has pride in his career. After failing 5 times with other IVF doctors, someone recommends me to see Dr. Zouves. Only 1 try, I now have a lovely daughter. He listens and really think about each patient's case, not like other doctors that just let you try your luck.
I had IVF with Dr. Zouves and it worked the first time, so I'm obviously a fan. Still, even if it didn't work, I'd recommend him. I left two other fertility doctors' offices in tears when they basically said I had little hope of ever getting pregnant. Dr. Zouves was always hopeful and kind. (The administrative staff, on the other hand, are pretty snotty.)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
