Dr. Richter is an outstanding surgeon who is professional and caring. I highly recommend him and am grateful for his help.

Dr Richter was trained under a Dr Jon White who did a lunbar spine surgery 25yrs ago on me I have had no problems with the surgery sinceI had L5S1 surgery with Dr White and it has held up all these yrs so I highly recommend him to anyone seeking pain relief Xr Richyer is currently looking at my cervical spine do to a botched surgery from a hokie Dr that did my last surgery Thank You Dr Richter sincerely Paul Beck

I was very pleased with my first visit!! Xrays were taken which I felt were necessary in order to assess my current health issues. Dr. Richter explained the results of the xrays, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Richter to my family and friends. I left the office feeling very confident that my concerns were heard, and my physical health was going to improve greatly.

I am very grateful that I am under the care of Dr. Richter, he was very compassionate and genuine doctor. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Richter taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I see other Ortho specialists in this practice and all have been great. I did not give 5 stars only because my script was not ready that evening. I requested it to be called in instead of me taking a paper prescription myself. This is small in comparison to the great service overall. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with Dr.Richter, he explained everything that was going on with my lower back. I very happy he's going be helping me with this problem. The staff was very nice too.

I took my wife for the second follow up visit apptmt. Despite there were many patients were there in FV office but it was short wait to see the doctor. Dr. Alexander came to the exam room and pulled up the medical MRI on the computer monitor and showed us the area whereas her lower back pain originates. He explained how steroid injection helps alleviate local pain and possible surgical treatment to help pain relief. Dr. Alexander took time to explain other optional surgical treatment but my wife would rather explore further pain management treatment instead. Dr. Alexander agreed surgical treatment would be the last resort and so did we. He ordered her to continue further with pain management treatment. He reassured her that from the MRI image that no disc pinch on the spinal cord to cause the pain which is the good news and a relief. Thank you Dr. Alexander took time on his busy schedule with ongoing patients and explain the complex medical condition to us and we are better informed and understand the standard treatments and other enhancement treatment available to patient.

Previous visit the wait in the room was 30 minutes, this last visit was one and a half wait. I could hear other patients entering the hallway complaining about the long wait. Needed update paperwork for insurance and employer, was told they could not provide. They would not even handle state disability claim forms, told me to see my primary care doctor. Then told me no more future appointments were to be made, we had considered lumbar surgery. I’m extremely disappointed since I followed Dr Richter to this new office, from Fullerton.
