Dr Donohue is very informative and very clear in her discussion and requests. Excellent she lets me feel very good with her explanation.

Dr. Amanda Donohue is the most personable, friendly, and compassionate doctor we've experienced in the past 6 years. We've searched high & low for the right fit for my father and we're so blessed to have her along side with us. Her passion for her patients care is beyond comparison. Attention to even the smallest of details from pacemaker function, to adjustment of meds as needed, and urgency to a patience immediate care is unmatched by other cardiologist we've seen. Were confident in knowing he was always in good hands all the way til he passed away just recently. My father adores her and he's a good judge of character. Absolutely will always recommend her to attend to yourself or a loved one. They'll be in good hands with her

Dr. Donahue is very attentive and explains what she is doing regarding your care. Her office staff is pleasant and easy to work with for copays and scheduling. She has only been my doctor since the spring, but I'm very happy so far.

Doctor Donohue inspires faith in her medical analysis. She is a master of the bedside manner, leaving the patient motivated and hopeful. She is proactive and comprehensive in caring for her patients. One simply can't get better medical care than that which she provides. Count yourself lucky if you have her as your physician. BTW, Cat, the office manager is just great, and well worth the trip to the office.

I’ve been her patient for a half dozen years or so and couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of care and concern she shows. She is friendly and easy to talk with. I found she listens without rushing me. Despite her expertise and education lets me have my say and my vote when expedient. I’m so lucky to be under her care. She is incredible! I just wish she could be cloned so that everyone who needed a cardiologist would have a Dr. Amanda Donohue in their neighborhood.

Has treated me since my bypass and has done a wonderful job. She always tries to keep her appointments on time but still takes her time with you. I've never once felt rushed and she listens to me about what's going on in my body, not just the tests. Great Dr!

This Dr. has been my husbands cardoligist for several years now.  Four years ago (before knowing Dr. Donohue) he had a stroke following a total knee replacement.  Although life changed that day forever,  he and I both agree she is the best dr. he has ever had.  She can explain to us his needs in a manner we can both  understand without overwhelming his(our) sensitive state.  She is the first dr. he has had that I can say has truly made a differance (for the better) in life as we know it today. Thank You, Dr.

Dr. Donohue is an amazing Cardiologist, my husband is her patient!  She has taken excellent care of him and I have nothing but great things to say about her!! Tests are ordered promptly, not only that she truly cares about her patients!! Office staff isn't great, but she is a great doctor and we feel blessed to have her!!

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. Dr. Donohue is the cardiologist for my Mother-in-law and my husband. She has ignored my 82 year old Mother-in-law for the past 3 weeks she has been in the hospital in the SAME building as her office. Apparently her chest pains and heart rate spikes didn't concern her. Yesterday she was on the same floor (across the hall) and made no attempt to see my mother-in-law so my husband approached her. She literally IGNORED him as he waited to talk to her and without looking up pointed in the direction of the nurses and said "you need to talk to a nurse". Wow. We will be changing Cardiologists. Dr Donohue, you should treat all of the patients you inherited from the unbelievably wonderful Dr Chana with more care and concern.  You should also have standards as high as the wonderful nursing staff at Orange Coast Memorial. They are INCREDIBLE.

Dr Donohue is compassionate, understating and an all around wonderful person.  I am thankful to have her as a partner in my medical care.
