Armand Widjaja's Online Review Report Card

My daughter has seen a quite a few doctors through memorial medical care facilities and the best has always been Dr. Widjaja. In fact, the best facility we’ve been to with regards to staff is located in FV on Warner. The way Dr. Widjaja communicated with my 7 year old made her feel safe with him. You can tell for him this is not just a job, he truly cares about your child’s health and their feelings. My daughter was luckily scheduled the day I called with Dr. Widjaja due to the nature of her appointment. The entire staff working on 2/28/23 around 2:30pm should be commended, thank you for your efficiency and heartwarming care. And thank you so much Dr. Widjaja!! Not only did you make me feel comfortable, but my daughter told me before bed how she felt safe with you. Memorial care is lucky to have you!

El Doctor Widjaja realmente pone atención en los niños. Examina profundamente. Me fascina que siempre le da consejos a mi hijo, coma sano, haga ejercicio, no juegue con extraños en las redes, jamás se deje ver o tocar íntimamente por nadie si no está su mamá. Explica claramente acerca de su peso y estatura. El mejor Pediatra!!

Great service! I only gave it a 4 star, because my son got a 1 month supply of medicine than what was supposed to be a 3 month supply. Other than that everyone was great!

Dr. Widjaja has been the pediatric doctor for my three children since thirteen years ago he is a caring doctor he treats my children with respect ,always giving the best care for their health my family loves dr Wijaja I really recommend Doctor Widjaja best doctor

The two stars are for the good bedside manner of this doctor. First of all, the nurse who helped me when she heard I had a water birth she said “ I bet you won’t do it again”. Extremely inappropriate and condescending comment, when in fact I would do it again because I am aware of the benefits of a complete natural birth and happy that I was able to not put medication in the body of my newborn. The doctor recommended that I will see a cranial therapist because my son may have a flat head, which I appreciate but after taking pictures we found there was no issue with my sons head. The reason I am taking away the other three stars is because the nurse said they will dis-enroll us from the care group If I didn’t follow doctors vaccination plan. Well I have the rights to choose not to vaccinate my son with all these different proteins to his very sensitive nervous system and if they have such a policy they should have let us know so I didn’t waste my time going to this doctor. In a country where so many children have autoimmune disease, developmental delays and all sort of problems it only makes sense to spread out the vaccines that may be the cause of these issues. As an educated parent, it should be my rights to choose what to put in my child’s body and not be bullied with this. If you are someone who cares about going to the holistic route because you have done your research and do not follow the recommendation of an authority, this doctor isn’t for you. He was very nice and smiley, however I did not appreciate the nurse & I did not appreciate his way of bullying me into getting vaccines or I will be dis enrolled.

It's so hard to look for a good Dr now-a-days. But look no further guys! Dr Widjaja will take good care of your child. I was introduced to Dr Widjaja by my SIL who has been caring for my niece and nephew for many years now. My daughter recently was fighting a fever for over a week and so we had been back and forth and he has been so kind and patient with us he even followed up to make sure she was doing better. Thank you Dr!

We LOVE Dr. Wadjaja, found him in the Memorial Care network when our regular pediatrician did not have an opening, and we've returned to his office a few times since, he is so great with our boys and very informative on what we need to do when they are sick or for their general development. Front office staff, nurses, and Dr. are all very pleasant, facility is always clean, and we are always in and out fairly quick. This time we scheduled an apmt for urgent care while my son was sick and had active cough/congestion, they called me ahead of time to be prepared to use separate entrance to the isolated area, and I appreciate that procedure for protecting other patients, would want it in place if I was in the regular waiting room!

He was on time for my visit. Asked a lot of questions regarding my sons symptoms. Even though it was virtual asked my son to open mouth, cough, take deep breaths since my son was having respiratory issues. He truly had great bedside manners. He called in the Rxs that were needed right away and I was able to pick them up within 20 min. Asked if I had any other questions or concerns and didn't rush me to go see another patient. Highly recommend him!

I was very impressed with the denture staff and set up. I was called prior to my appointment (scheduled last minute) and I was given detailed instructions on where to park and enter. Next, the RN or CNA assisted me. She was extremely friendly, listened well, and showed compassion. She even offered me/us water. The doctor came in a few minutes after so wait time was very quick. He listened well, answered my questions and had great bedside manner with my 22 month old. He was efficient, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for one of the best hospital/doctor’s office visits I have ever had.
