I just wanted to come on here and thank Dr lqbal and his amazing team for changing my life he truly is the best doctor and cares for his patients.I am so grateful for having him as my doctor from struggling my whole life with being overweight to being at my lowest and healthiest.

I had a great experience with them. They took care of me. They checked in on me and made sure that I was good. And ever since the surgery, I have not experienced any heartburn whatsoever. I am upon truly blessed to be one successful outcome of Gastric sleeve surgery performed by one of the best surgeons Dr. Iqbal. He truly gave me the opportunity to be Re-born as that’s the way I see it, now you may ask yourself why I say this… but being a patient who was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at age 13 and at age 23 being diagnosed with “SLE” known as systemic lupus, life has been rough on me, depending on dozens of medications, iv infusions, chemo tablets and steroids. I had been turn back from a previous surgeon in Orange County and I prayed for one miracle to happen and thanks to God and Dr Iqbal that miracle happened to have the opportunity for a new health life style. I have been very consistent keeping up with my meals and diet they suggested and I’ve had such a positive outcome. Ever since surgery I was able to eliminate all types of medications, currently I’m on Zero medications no more visiting the Emergency department and also the best part I’m able to have a full time job where I’m on my feet all full shift. Also no more water retention and no more vasculitis which was another issue I had. Not only did the surgery give me that positive effect but it also gave me my life back with my kids and family. Before I was bed bound I would work but a soon as I would get home I would be in bed all day, now I can go to work come back home run errands, take my kids on after school activities etc and they see the difference they too are happy they have an active mom! Once again I want to thank dr Iqbal and his medical team for being so supportive! May God bless you all. Hi , I’d like to thank Dr Iqbal for the opportunity to give me of doing the gastric sleeve surgery, I feel great about myself , I lost 130 in 1 year and I feel more energized than I was before , I was 380 pounds close to 400 and I was eating my feelings and I didn’t feel or care that I was super overweight but I really had to look at myself and think about the future if I wanted to continue being fat or change my life for the better , I went on a long walk for myself and I thought about it and I went for it , called my physician to recommend me to new life surgery and I’m glad they did , they helped me a lot of starting a new chapter in my life , I feel really great about myself, I’m currently at 250 pounds , I look so different and I’m proud of myself for doing this journey , I’m going to keep going working out and drinking a lot of water and protein shakes and eating healthy, hopefully by next year I will be at 205 or 210 pounds , so thank you Dr Iqbal and thank you new life surgery for the support

I saw Dr. Gambhir at this office due to chronic pain after hernia surgery done by another surgeon. He felt my case was complicated and I should see a surgeon at UCI which he referred me to. I have been fighting with my insurance for over two months to get approval and now attempting to get the appointment. This has made several calls to Dr. Gamghir's office necessary and Ana has been helping me. Ana has been very helpful and is truly an asset to this office. I really appreciate the help they have been trying to get me. I am hopeful that I can find a surgeon to "fix what is wrong" with me soon. Thank you Dr. Gambhir and Anna for your help and caring.

Dr Igbal saved my life! I was so sick from my gallbladder. My gallbladder was so diseased that my situation could have ended way worse. But thanks to Dr Iqbal and his team I am feeling so much better. I am looking forward to weight loss Journey with him as well

Dr. Iqbal and his team are amazing. From the moment I stepped in to their office I was helped and treated wonderfully. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone that wants to change their lives for the better. I’ve gained such a different and positive perspective on life and I feel so much more healthier.

New life sugary is so great place the doctor are so great I seen doctor Bobby and Dr Iqbal and there where wonderful they seen me for my after care for my gastric sleeve surgery they did not do it another doctor did but they help me get a nutrition and they help me with my acid reflux they are so good they take there time when seeing you there not rushing you out the room for the next patient to be seen if you have a problem you can call them leave a message with the receptionist and they will get back to you maybe a few day the longest I waited was a week to here back from them you can also text them they text you back I wish I had know about them before I had my surgery I would of went to them to do my surgery they hold my hand and walk me throw my after care things I was confused on a lot of things and Dr. Iqbal took the time to sit down with me and let me know things that I thought couldn’t do and I could just moderations. I recommend if you’re thinking about getting weight loss surgery go check out new surgical center. They are excellent and they care about their patience, they’ve even referred me to other doctors that I need to get treated for my acid reflex. They took the time to call me and let me know what I need to do. Appreciate everything they’ve done for me.

The doctor is attentive and went into details so I know what is happening. The doctor is also a good listener.
