Couldn't ask for better treatment. Clean facility, very fast service great place to go

I have been here twice in the last two months and have truly never experienced a better urgent care. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. It's never been busy when I arrive and they are able to see me quickly. The bedside manner of both practitioners that I've seen has been superb. I will only come here for urgent needs moving forward. Thank you!!

The worst customer service at this urgent care at the front desk with Betty and also her lead, this office would tell you that you will only be responsible for your copay after checking with your insurance before you come in and then turn around and use the excuse that someone at the front desk didn’t know what they were doing and they gave you the wrong info the first time and also said that front desk person didn’t have the proper training (is that my fault that they didn’t have the proper training ?) . When you have issue with the front desk person and ask to speak to her manger, she would tell you that she has no manger and she would pretend that she can’t hear you all of the sudden and want to hang up on you (so unprofessional) and she won’t tell you that she has a lead until later on, spoke to Betty’s lead and she would give you just as bad customer service as Betty, I guess we know who trained Betty for customer service. So when ask to speak to the lead’s manager, the lead wouldn’t tell you the name or the phone number of her manager. (Also be aware, before the front desk Betty transfer you to her lead, she would make up a story with her lead that you curse on the phone to cover herself, extremely unprofessional, I hope all the conversations were being recorded). If you have nothing to hide or not scare of customers give negative feedback about you to your manager, you would give name and phone number of your manager instead of hiding your manager’s contact information. I hope their management read this comment knowing that their staff try to hide management info so they can treat the customers anyway they want. At the end of the day, they still get their paychecks whether customers come or go, it is not their urgent care business. There are so many urgent care offices around, go to others who would appreciate you as a customer and also take care of your issues and give you great customer service. I would not recommend this place and if I could give minus 10 rating I would. Worst Agency Care I have ever been to.

Walked into clineva on a Sunday morning with no appointment , first of all let me say this urgent care amazed me. First timer, the lobby was super clean and I was given such a warm welcome by Betty at the front desk. She helped me with the check in process, answered my questions and concerns, she made it fast and easy. I was then taken by Gabriel who took my blood pressure and weight. He was great! Super nice. And was then seen by the provider Haley who examined my finger even though it was my fault for not going in sooner. She still took precautions and gave me an x-ray to make sure that everything was okay.Gabriel took my x-rays. He made sure that I was comfortable and guided me through the whole thing. Once X-rays were viewed it was confirmed that my finger was fractured but healing! Over all this experience for an URGENT CARE was 10/10 From cleanliness to the staff that was AMAZING!

It looks like it hasn't been resolved. The business hours say from 8am-8pm. I called at 5:30pm to confirm they're still taking walk ins but no answer. I checked online for business hours and it's listed as 8pm closing time. So I thought "great they're open and I can go in". It was 6:30pm when we arrived. We drive to the location to find out they were actually closed ‍ This can easily be resolved by changing the business hours online.

This urgent care is seriously amazing. They were super fast with the service, intake form was a breeze, and the staff are all so kind and patient. I went in with a lot of anxiety and they all reassured me they would help me out for my medical concern. They are newer but they really know what the are doing there and are very resourceful. The office is beautiful, clean, and relaxing? An urgent care relaxing? This place could be a spa if I didn't know better! Please check them out, they have been the best urgent care I have ever been to!

I was not able to get an appointment in time with my PCP. Clineva was about to help me right away for urgent care. First, I was greeted very welcome by Rachel and she helped me with any information I needed through the phone and in person. She was very kind and offered water and delicious popsicles. Second, I met with a fellow named Andrew who helped do initial checks for my current medical condition. He later drew my blood and it was painless and quick. Both Rachel and Andrew were very kind to help me through the stress of having to get punctured by the deathly needle. Lastly, I was helped by Arturo, who was very informative and perceptive. He helped me try to diagnose my medical condition and helped me with the process and post processes I had to do. Overall it was a great visit and I would recommend anyone come if they need any urgent medical attention.

Great Urgent Care! Came in and was super nervous due to my injury that I had needed to be seen for. It was super clean, super fast and the receptionist was very helpful and made it super easy to check in. Gabriel and Arturo helped treat my injury and my visit super easy, great guys working real hard making my visit super smooth and made me feel comfortable during my check up. Definitely will come back for any issues and would definitely recommend.

Best urgent care around! Every time I end up there the staff is extremely friendly, fast and attentive…and the place is very clean! Thank you Clineva in Lake Forest!

Clean, beautiful, friendly, caring, efficient, I can go on and on with +++. Spoke to a guy who gave me the online info to fill out the paperwork, submitted a copy of my medical card & Dr. License. Made a video appt for my UTI (it was bad). Spoke to Dr. Alina super nice (I think I spelled her name wrong), and she called the pharmacy getting me those wonderful orange pills that stops the pain asap. I showed up at Clineva before 6pm, before they closed and dropped off my UTI sample. I was in & out in a few minutes. No more ER visits at the hospital waiting & suffering for hours before I get help and paying $$$. I'm going to Clineva Urgent Care from now on. This UC is awesome!
