Dr Ly, was my Nephrology physician assigned to my hospital admission and I was fortunate to have a truly caring and focused doctor that had a genuine compassion for me as a patient. He was always so happy to see me improve, although in the beginning he thought that I might require dialysis....but luckily, that wasn't the case due to great nursing care at Saddleback Memorial Hospital. I highly recommend Dr Ly

My husband and I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Ly today at Saddleback Hospital. My husband, who is a dialysis patient with another nephrologist, was at Saddleback for an angiogram with a possible stent. There was a question of whether he needed dialysis right after the procedure and since Dr. Ly was on call at the hospital, he came to visit us. What an absolute delight! We learned more from him during our brief encounter, than we have in 4.5 years since my husband began dialysis. Dr. Ly is a very good listener, very smart yet very articulate, explains things in layman's terms, and never seemed rushed or make us feel he was in a hurry. He is a breath of fresh air in our world today. Thank you Dr. Ly!! I hope we meet again!

Wonderful Doctor This man restored our faith in physicians when it was most crucial for us. He takes the time to learn your special case and focuses on the patients best interest. He cares about doing things right, takes his time to understand and suggests helpful advice and resources. I highly recommend this nephrologist and SO appreciate his presence, dedication, and humanity he shows for his patients. You won't be disappointed.

Recommend Dr. Ly may keep you waiting a bit but that's probably because he takes his time with you. He listens well, explains well. He chats a bit and you relax, probably leading to more thorough conversations about your health and options and outcomes. Recommend highly.
