My mom is 80 years old and has 2 titanium knee replacements. She has been told by doctors in Bakersfield CA that they will not operate on her because the risk is too high for an infection on a third knee revision. She was told she would have to wear a knee brace for the rest of her life. It is very uncomfortable for her because just lifting her leg causes pain. They told her she would have to wear it day and night My mom and I went to see Dr Allison to see if he can do anything to help. We met wit Dr Allison and Dr Right and discussed all the concerns he had with doing the surgery. My mom and I felt like they were going to tell us there was nothing they could do. We were very surprised when we were told that he will do the surgery. My mom was so happy that when we got out of the elevator in the garage. She did a little dance. It was so great to see my mom with such a big smile 😁 on her face. Thank you Dr. Allison and Dr Right 10/31/2023 well my mom has had 2 surgeries. The first was on the knee, then after surgery the dr had x-rays done.They found out that her thigh bone had a large fracture. So another surgery was done to put 6 bands around the fracture to help it heal. My mom is doing great. Thank you Dr. Allison and your team we are truly grateful for all you have done to give my mom her independence back.

Amazing, kind and caring surgeon. We tried multiple non-invasive procedures before resorting to surgery; Dr. Allison wanted to avoid it if we could. I never felt pressured at any time and he did everything he could to keep me calm (it was my first surgery). His team are all wonderful and would always take the time to explain things to me. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Allison performed Osseointegration on me. For those unfamiliar it’s a titanium implant custom made for amputees to go through the femur taking place of a socket that is normally attached to the knee. Not only does it add up to an additional 10 pounds, it’s nearly impossible to get the fit right. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Daniel Allison not only gave me back my life. But my confidence again! I can now walk extremely comfortable now and it takes less than a minute to put on and take off!

Dr Alison troubleshot an issue I had with my endo prosthesis. He’s a good doctor who cares about his patients. He’s associated with Cedars Sinai, which is a hospital that extremely overcharges for procedures. Be careful of what cedars will charge you.

Dr. Allison is amazing. In 2013, he helped me get through an infected hip implant - WITHOUT HAVING TO DE-IMPLANT. Other doctors said it wasn't possible, but Dr. Allison got the job done. I am now 8 years infection-free. Dr. Allison also did a hip reconstruction on my other hip in 2018. Despite my anatomy being very complicated, it was one of the smoothest hip surgeries I've ever had. Both hips are now healthy and strong. It may be hyperbole to say an orthopedic surgeon "saved my life." But - saved my quality of life? Absolutely! His staff and facilities are wonderful as well. I can't recommend Dr. Daniel C. Allison highly enough.

Dr Allison performed bilateral hip replacement on me a year and a half ago. I feel amazing, I'm surfing and preparing for my upcoming 10K run! The scars are very small, and my range of motion is better than ever before. No pain whatsoever.

Dr Allison is top notch in his field, he exceeded what I hoped for. I can stand and already take one step.

Excellent doctor, and I’ve dealt with many. Personable, caring, thoughtful and honest. All of this and he’s a brilliant surgeon. Great staff as well, particularly Rene. They got me back on my feet and I’ll forever be grateful for that.
