David Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

If I can give this place zero stars  I would. This place is really unprofessional espeically the front desk and his helper from inside the office. The front desk told my grandma to wait in a rude manner and also when they called my grandma to come in, usually I would go with here but this time they told me that I do not need to go in with her. What if she falls or cant walk right? She have a bad knee and shes old. Thats just not right where I cant go with her and help her out. They act like Im there to do something wrong.

I have gone to Dr. Nguyen for a number of years, as he is a professional and do truly care about his patients, but its time to find a new doctor. The biggest problem is the front desk personnel,  who is rude beyond rude. I had recently gone to get my blood drawn and was asked to wait outside. After waiting for what seems to be more than 15mins, I went to check, and was told that there are a lot of patients inside (it was a lie) before I told another office person that if I needed to wait any longer, I am leaving. But this recent event really triggered my change for a new doctor. I had dropped off a letter to have my doctor sign and return on a Saturday, came back on Tuesday to see if the front desk had it, and was told rudely by the same person named Thao to GO HOME and wait. I asked if I will get an answer today or tomorrow, before she rudely told me to go home again and wait for the doctor. I was furious by the way she acted towards me and wasn't going to let her attitude put me down so I stood my ground and told her I would like an answer today because it had already been a couple of days. After standing my ground, she finally went to the back and asked the doctor, who came and spoke to me and gave me my answer. That wasn't so hard was it? Like many other reviewers, the issue is the front desk and how they don't treat patients like how patients are needed to be treated. With the long wait times, ignoring you until you speak up, and acting unprofessional. I will never go back there again, and people should avoid this office.

This is negative stars. Horrible receptionist. Doctor is somewhat expert but due to his receptionist I wouldn't recommend to anyone. To keep business going doctor should look for reviews and change receptionist. Terrible, She can't even speak English. Only Vietnamese people go there since doctor and receptionist speaks in Vietnamese only. Regret going there. If you are reading reviews pls pls don't go there. Waste of money And time.

Horribly unprofessional front desk service. Rude and mocks the customers. Long wait times and ignores you if you are young or not fluent in Vietnamese. They call you to come to the office then ignore you when you arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. You have to consistently remind them that you are there. The doctor is fine but he needs to fire the front desk ladies. I'm going to find a new doctor, and you should too.

My mother is hurting and needs medicine. The doctor made a prescription so the pharmacist called the medical assistant but the assistant yelled at the pharmacist saying that they won't give the medicine. And the doctor said he would do a virtual check-up but my mom waited and the doctor didn't call so my mom called the medical office and a kind assistant answered but another assistant took the phone and answered rudely said that the doctor time was over and said to call the pharmacy to give the medicine. They serve the wealthy but do they not serve the poor properly?

Receptionist is very very rude. Receptionist doesn't know any manners or she was not professional. Not recommend to anyone. You will never get hold of doctor if you are lucky you will.

The doctor Dr David David Nguyen is good but the medical staff or medical assistant is horrible..they block you not to communicate with the doctor.WORST STAFF

It's truly unfortunate I have to leave only one star due to the TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL front desk staff. I didn't get to meet Doctor Hoang, but I met with another female doctor who was very helpful and kind. This review is for the front desk staff who were a bunch of middle aged Vietnamese women who act like the own the place. They answer the phone with "WHAT DO YOU WANT" and refused to release my bloodwork results to the new doctor I was seeing because they were bitter that I left. I can't believe that a doctor's office would hire such rude women to run their front, it really is a horrible representation of their business. The women must be from within the family but if they want to keep patients they should really fire them. It's a shame, I hear the doctor is really wonderful, but the front desk is really hurting their business. Judging by other reviews seems like this is an ongoing problem they need to fix.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK WITH POOR MANNERSI can't tell enough how terrible customer service was! I'd give no star if it's available. This is possibly the worse experience I've ever had in a professional service. The office is lousy and has ZERO privacy. Front desk staff discussed my husband's medical info out loud right AT THE FRONT DESK where many other patients were sitting around waiting for the service. Forget about HIPPA if you decide to come here! But this was not even the worse thing yet!Front desk staff were so rude and had really poor manners. Yesterday which was a year after my husband got the service, staff 1 (whose name I don't know) called him to remind an annual checkup appointment he never booked. My husband asked follow up questions trying to understand what was happening and the lady sounded so rude as if it was his fault for not remembering a nonexisting appointment. He finally scheduled the appointment a few day later. But then today staff 2 called him again about the SAME issue. And Her manner was just as bad as the first one's. My husband got mad and he just simply asked them to remove his file!Okay. Last word, if you plan to come to this office, take all negative reviews here seriously!
