On Nov 3, 2021 Dr. Amr performed my robotic assisted bilateral inguinal hernia repair. I was very apprehensive, as this was my first surgery. She was very informative, kind, and empathetic, doing her best to reduce my anxiety right up to minutes before the surgery. (I was being a hassle for sure). After surgery, I had some pain, not bad. I didn't take any pain meds. And now, almost 6 weeks later, it has been a great success. It feels amazing not to have 2 hernias anymore after so many years. Dr. Amr's talent and experience made this miracle happen. If you have the same fear as I did, try to rest easy that you will be in good hands, and you will be fine. I can't thank her enough.

I was so impressed by Dr. Dena’s professionalism, her empathy, and her course of resolve with my medical condition on my first visit 4 years ago that it was a “no brainer” to seek her counsel for a new medical concern. Again, she greeted me with eye contact, which made me feel valued and the fact that she remembered me made me feel special. She gave me the reassurance I needed for a procedure required. She makes you feel like you are on the top of her list…like a VIP!! I would highly recommend her!!

My wifes surgeon, extraordinary Doctor. She listens and really cares. I highly recommend Dr. Amr, would drive cross country if needed to have her services again. If they had 10 stars would be more appropriate.

Dr Dena Amr is one of the nicest doctors I’ve met. She really cares about her patients and will really listen to your concerns. My 1 star is for the office front desk staff. I have been trying to call in to make a post op appointment for 1 WHOLE WEEK NOW. They have left me on hold for HALF AN HOUR each time I call. 30+ mins 3x = 1 hour and 30 minutes total of trying to get a hold of them just to make an appointment. Every time I call in, someone picks up and says “there are 2 callers ahead of you will you please hold?” Before I could even answer, I am put on hold. Been unable to get the post op appointment and surgery was 3 weeks ago. Ridiculous. Since I couldn’t get a hold of the office, I had to DRIVE to the office to physically be there and make an appointment. The front desk DID NOT make me let the appointment because dr. Dena was on vacation. Why can’t I make a future appointment for when she comes back? Therefore, I guess I won’t ever get that post op appt.
