Dr Nguyen was amazing both for my Egd + Colonoscopy . Everything was great including his nurses. The supposed “ long wait time “ was well worth it for his care and his professionalism and bed side manner. Patients giving bad reviews because of how long the wait is to be seen is def uneducated in the medical field . This is not your pcp you cannot just walk in, every specialize office is overbooked because during covid nobody wanted to leave their house let alone, be seen by a dr for their care. So be patient, if it’s an emergency the hospital is well equipped for your care. Being entitled to be seen right away is a YOU problem not the doctor’s or his staff. Sincerely, happy patient 😊

I’ve been going to Dr Duke for 10 yrs. Have never had a problem getting in to see him, usually it would take 3 weeks to see him, Until now!! The earliest appointment he has is in July, Geez Louise it’s only March right now! Unbelievable!!! I’m in extreme pain, and that I didn’t matter. Mind blowing! Unhappy patient.

One of the staffs here were beyond what you can call “horrible”. There was a woman talking on the phone and as I spelled my email she kept saying “oh my goddd”. She has trouble with her English as well. This is the worst customer I’ve ever seen in any doctor office. As a person who works in medical field, I think this is UNACCEPTABLE. She is rude and she’s not knowledgable. Please quit if you don’t like what you’re doing. This job is not for you. It doesn’t matter if you’re the physician’s family member, please quit. You’re UNPROFESSIONAL.

Procedure went fine. Everything afterward was horribly mishandled by this office, starting with Dr. Nguyen's illegible handwriting (phlebotomy could not read it, or get in touch with the office to clarify). Its been over a week since I've called to sort this out and still haven't received any type of correspondence, and the office never answers the phone. This is one example of many.. Unacceptable
