I saw Dr. McConnaughey today for a follow-up to CT imaging. As always he was very informative, caring and explained all options and expectations thoroughly. I would recommend Dr. McConnaughey and EMG highly.

I went in to have my annual check up and got my flu shot as well. It was a smooth experience from start to end. I was also given samples brand name. Very appreciative for the service of my Doctor and the staff as well.

Great medical group. My PCP is Dr. Yu but all the other doctors that have treated me have been outstanding as well... Dr. Don, Dr. McConnaughey. They are very attentive and patient and kind. I really feel like I am heard and listened to as a patient.

Called 800 to get help clearing a bill I received. "Cindy" answered. She was the nastiest customer service phone attendant I had ever spoken to. She was short and condescending and just because I happened to ask questions.

I am an RN and I have been a patient with the Edinger Medical Group for many years. I have always appreciated their competent, courteous, and professional care. I even had to switch insurance companies at one point to stay with them. No complaints. Dr. Middlebrooks is a stand out there.

Nice and clean office. Came in for my appointment 15 mins early and I was processed pretty quickly. Met with the Nurse practitioner and felt they were really trying to help diagnose me. I had a great experience at this facility. The staff and nurses were very welcoming and informative for my needs.

From the moment I stepped in the lobby, the staff was hospitable and engaging. I got a same day appointment, and got called back on time. The nurse was just nice, and someone I felt I could connect to. Her energy was kind and helpful! I didn't have to wait long for the Doctor, who said, "Sorry, You're not feeling well today!...." . I've never heard a Doctor say that to me, and that seemed to set this place apart along with everyone else! Edinger Medical Group is Grade A! And that's all have to say about that!
