0 Stars – Dangerous Misdiagnosis and Dismissive Unfriendly office, no warmth from staff. We saw Dr. Posner for a hard, immovable mass on my son’s arm. She dismissed it as a “soft, movable cyst” that would go away, refusing imaging initially. I pushed hard; she reluctantly ordered only an ultrasound (ignoring our prior inconclusive one and requests for X-ray/MRI).She was judgmental and pushy about vaccines (none due) and pressured my son for an underwear exam after he said no—making him very uncomfortable. We don’t trust her from the moment we walked in, so he didn’t feel comfortable with that part of the exam (age 10, totally understandable!!) After finding a caring, competent doctor, it is actually a confirmed bone tumor (hard/immovable on X-ray). We’re now with orthopedic oncology. Her inaccurate notes and delays put his health at risk. Zero stars if possible. Stay far away.

She was our daughter’s first pediatrician before my job changed insurances. We were bummed we didnt have her anymore but recently we changed back and we called customer service to ask to have her as our daughters pediatrician again. My daughter absolutely loves her dr and every visit we have with her is always a great one. Shes the only one my daughter hasnt thrown a fit or tantrum when getting exams done on her. Our family loves her.

Great pediatrician! I like that they are always punctual for our appointments, we never have to wait long in the lobby. We can take our time gathering our belongings or soothing a crying baby in the patient room without being rushed out. They're always willing to answer as many questions as we have. And I love that they wrote our daughter's name with a happy face on the patient table paper that was so sweet!

Best Doctor! My 3 year old has been going to Dr. Posner since she was an infant. We love her! Her and her nurses are always so nice and sweet.

Very dissatisfied with professionalism and sanitation expectations of provider and office staff. Staff presenting with lavish artificial nails - prone to holding bacteria - and touching my newborn without washing hands nor wearing gloves. Provider and staff reminded on multiple visits to wear gloves when touching my newborn, as if gloves aren't standard of care. As a healthcare professional of 10 years, this is unacceptable and unsanitary. I will be taking my daughter elsewhere for pediatric care.

Love this doctor Dr. Posner is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She always takes time to chat with the kids. I love that she has been their doctor for the last 15 years.
