This was my first time seeing Dr. Jay. He introduced himself and did a thorough exam and history. I felt confident with his diagnosis and recommendations. I was glad he didn’t jump to antibiotics as a way of getting us to not come back :) good bedside manners.

Nurses and MA's were very competent. Dr. Sanvictores is always thorough with a great bedside manner and he always follows up, which is hard to find these days. He is a great doctor! This was a great urgent care visit. I felt like a patient and not just a number from registration, nurses, MA's, Radiology and the lab. Its been awhile since I have had a visit like this. I even called a friend to boast about it. Please keep up the exceptional service. This is why I chose Memorial Care many years ago.
