terrible...showed no real interest in me or medicine.

Dr. Bartlett abruptly left is practice and no notice was given to his established patients for nearly a year! Now I do not need to see him often but he is also my disabled adult daughter's physician and my husband's physician. I would email him via the portal Memorial Care has set up for their patients, asking questions about my daughter or for refills for her and myself. I would get a response from a different doctor answering my questions or refilling our medications but never telling me that Dr. Bartlett had left the practice!I finally asked this doctor where was Dr. Bartlett? She initially said he was unavailable. Then, after repeated inquiries, she admitted he no longer was with Memorial Care since December 2020! I asked when on earth were they planning to tell his patients this and she said a letter would be sent out soon. Finally! So unethical! I asked who would be our doctor now? Does she have any recommendations? She tells me just to look on the Memorial Care website and pick one. That is no help at all. After about a year that Dr. Bartlett left Memorial Care we finally received a letter in the mail notifying us that he did indeed leave and we needed to pick a new PCP. Gee, thanks.Instead, we left Memorial Care altogether. Me, my daughter, my husband and our PPO insurance are now happy with a new family practice doctor. Very disappointed in how this all went down. Do better Memorial Care!

He just disappeared from practice January 21, 2021 with no reason given. Not fair to patients. Never showed any interest in me or my family or what I do for a living, just looked at lab results.
