John Eilbert's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Eilbert's for over 15 years. He always listens to my concerns and does not rush to make a decision. He is caring, compassionate and the best Dr. have ever seen.

Refused me life saving referral. I have to go elsewhere. Very incompetent elder.

Am now changing doctors.  My doctor hasn't gone into the office since beginning of last year even tho he and most of his patients have been vaccinated.  My pharmastist would not refill my prescriptions unless the doctor gives an okay (I have been taking these med's for a long time and I have to have them) and he won't do it unless he see's me which he won't because he refuses to go into the office.  I was left without help. (p.s. he didn't even give me an order to get blood work).  Office staff was extremely rude when I pointed out all of this stuff.  I went to the emergency room at local hospital and they took care of everything.  The doctor just shook his head when I had to tell him why I was in the emergency room to get my meds renewed.  I am now looking for a GOOD doctor who makes sense.  Office staff was extremely rude considering this was their office and doctors fault.  How does a doctor leave his patients hanging without lab work or meds when due.

Has been my Dr. for over 5 years & I am not an easy case I have several. problems & he has taken the time to help me deal with my problems and really cares about if his Doctoring has helped with my needs. If you need a Doctor that will take care of you then this is the one you should try.

I originally found this doctor from my husband's neurologist. My experience and patient care experience has continued to plummet. The staff is incompetent and rude and they make excuses for not calling in prescriptions and completing prescription assistance requirements. I have left numerous messages for Jill the office manager but she does not call me back. My husband sees many doctors and specialists and this is the only practice I have issues with.

You will not find a more compassionate, caring doctor than Dr. Eilbert. He practices medicine the way it should be, and sadly, the way it used to be -- with care and knowledge.

I trust and like this man .

I find dr. eilbert to be a person I would trust with any aspect of health or life. he is respectful and concerned. I wish he would have been my father. I would have been a better person .

Dr. Eilbert has been my doctor for years. He is absolutely committed to his patients and is responsive to all concerns. If he can't directly help, he provides excellent patient referrals to specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Eilbert.
